This is why it is essential to make use of high-quality, accurate data that shows day-today variations in travel times, to pinpoint the root causes of congestion and the most effective solutions. In addition to monitoring traffic conditions, it is necessary to communicate to business and the public how congestion affects their operations. Making clear and consistent messages will help to build awareness of the problem and educate the public about solutions, and motivate business leaders to promote strategies to reduce congestion. The gradual growth of automated and shared mobility is expected to be most important in driving alterations. The scenario "Mine is Yours" dominates (35%) followed by "Grumpy Old Transport" (18 percent) and "Tech-eager Mobility" (17 17 percent). Modern legislation and policies are essential to make these innovative mobility options widely accepted.
