-------
- A very impressive, intuitive and easy to read appraisal of your PC's hardware inventory.

- A welcome benchmark which contrasts how your PC stands in relation to world averages and their recommendation

Cons
-------
- Apparently has no "mild", "moderate" conditions . . . it's a 0 or 1. Safe or Dangerous assessment.

- Unable to detect 3rd party security services providing safety, e.g I have bitdefender as my acting firewall, but program only detects windows firewall is inactive, hence "Dangerous"

- The registry errors it detects aren't exactly devastating ones. Sometimes these are file types which are orphaned by uninstalls, and links which are no longer pointing to files present on the drive. Nevertheless, these are declared "Dangerous".

- The GUI resists resizing / exporting of the results output. So, if you want to drill down and see exactly which errors in the registry are causing grievance, you cannot see the entire path (it's not word wrapped either) of the offending entries.

Final thoughts

I decided not to invest in the program since I have no way of knowing if its "Fix" will mean, for example, restoring redundant services (such as windows firewall) which will conflict with my 3rd party one. Also, I knowingly have certain things such as guest accounts turned on, and don't want these automatically turned off.

Based on how the program is configured to trigger "dangerous" flags over even the mildest and least alarming conditions, I cannot see how any PC session could ever have a "safe" declaration for privacy settings.

The program dangerously treads into the shady waters of "scareware" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scareware by lumping false positives, benign and mild alerts as "Dangerous" ( a tactic which disturbs non technical users into a frenzied state for needing to invest in the Fix it solution ).

Thanks for that thoughtful and sensible review. After testing more than half a dozen of these commercial and free system cleaning software I have come to the conclusion that they are designed to exploit the Chicken Little in all of us--"The sky is falling!" The last one I tried just about sabotaged my pc. Fortunately, I was able to retrieve its original condition by performing a system restore. These things are dangerous and should be used little, with caution, or not at all. I have a lots of empty registry keys, empty folders, and dead shortcuts, the normal end result of normal pc usage. Yet my pc works at the same speed as when I took it out of the box. If I have a problem with malware or a program I will go into the the registry and manually fix just that . If it ain't broke don't fix it. Users should just spend their time doing productive, useful or entertaining things with their pcs, and only perform maintenance when necessary.
