Virus Scan for 1AV Video Converter

Joe User When I started 1AV Video Converter the 1st time I got error msg. from MS .net framework about unhandled exception, the program continued when I clicked on continue. Seems to work fine, but haven't had the time to run a full test. I have used this company's SW before and I recall it to be stable and reliable.

I do not see how long this license is good for.

Alex Ferri The license is good forever with 1 year of free updates. And you can request new KEYs for 10 different PCs and in case of re-formatting also.

D J Tried to register. Keep getting INVALID KEY error message. Have tried COPY/PASTE and Ctrl C and Ctrl V. Both result in the same error message and Yes I am using the same PC that I used to initially register. I am not going to attempt to enter it one character at a time for it's not worth it.

James Alston I am experiencing same problem as D J. And I have tried every way but loose and I still get the same error message INVALID KEY... AND I too I am not going to attempt to enter it one character at a time - it's not worth it.!

You can request keys from inside the program like in this video demonstration:

Step-by-Step
----------------------------------------
Trial dialog > Click ‘Register’ > Mark ‘Send key to my e-mail’ > Click ‘Next’ > Then enter the e-mail address you used to register > Then click ‘Send’.

The key is sent to your e-mail address.

After you receive the key you go:

Trial dialog > Click ‘Register’ > Mark ‘Enter key’ > Click ‘Next’ > Then enter the key you have received on your e-mail > Then click ‘Authenticate’.

D J That's exactly what I did to get the code e-mailed to me. However, the registration process throws an INVALID KEY Error Message when I entered the software key that was e-mailed to me. The same computer was used to request the key and the attempt to install it. The hardware footprint ID was the same value in both the e-mail and what was displayed on the registration bubble.

Alex Ferri If the HARDWARWE-FINGERPRINT matches the KEY on the e-mail you received then the KEY will work. Make sure they both match and also make sure no extra spaces are inserted in the name or key field.

D J OK. I decided to try the installation/registration process one more time. I installed the application again over itself (I did not uninstall the app that was installed yesterday, but not registered) using the same install file downloaded yesterday. I provided my e-mail address again and requested the software key. I received the e-mail containing my registration name and software key almost immediately (far faster than yesterday). I copy/pasted the software key, but typed my name into the corresponding registration fields and requested verification. SUCCESS!!! Followed the same steps as yesterday and today it works whereas yesterday I kept getting the INVALID KEY error message. Maybe typing in my name instead of using copy/paste on the registration e-mail made the diff. Thank you Alex for the app.

Slyxie dont know what happened but the download i got was not the picture shown my version is blue not yellow as in picture and does not have full formay version to convert too like flash is missing and HD Video is missing not impressed with the swtcheroo!!
