Terry McMorrow Do you need to sign up for the monthly subscription to use these invoices?

Oct 18 2015 at 6:17am Copy Link

Stefan Chachovski Hey Terry,

Great question! No, you don't need to sign up to use these templates. They work completely independent from our online invoicing service.

Best,
Stefan

chris User Hi
can you change the currency on the invoices
I am interested but live in UK so can I change it to pounds sterling rather than dollars
thank you

Oct 20 2015 at 3:40am Copy Link

Constantin Florea @chris User, This promotion runs with the BitsDuJour e-Commerce which can only show the prices in USD.

BitsDuJour Admin - Oct 20 2015 at 3:41am Copy Link

Stefan Chachovski Hey Chris, Constantin,

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Chris meant to be able to change the currency on the invoice templates. If this is the case, the answer is yes - you can use any currency you need.

Please take a look at this demo template - http://cdn.invoicebus.com...plate.html

and to change the currency, the only thing you need to do is enter GBP in the "Currency" field. This works exactly the same with all templates.

Please let me know if this helps.

Best,
Stefan

Mr Macro Hi Stefan,

I have purchased the software but I have yet to see any download or activation instructions. Is there a delay between placing the order and receiving this information?

Oct 20 2015 at 7:37am Copy Link

Stefan Chachovski Hey Constantin,

Can you please help Mr Macro with this?

Invoicebus - Oct 20 2015 at 8:06am Copy Link

Raj Boopathy Hi Stefan, I already use the bus. Can I buy one of the subscriptions on sale and then redeem
Thanks
Raj

Oct 20 2015 at 10:07am Copy Link

Stefan Chachovski Great question, Raj! However, I believe this is related to the other promo and not to this one. Anyway, as you already asked here I'll try to answer it.

Unfortunately, the offered subscriptions on sale are available to new users of Invoicebus only. This is because we wanted to encourage more people who haven't heard of Invoicebus yet to give it a spin. With this, we're not trying to make a profit, but let people know what Invoicebus is and how helpful it can be.

Best,
Stefan

disenchanted Where exactly is the download software file?
I got my receipt after purchase. I click on download and it took me to BDJ and their website's download arrow appeared. I waited but then I simply was transferred to a demo screen for the program!?

So I clicked on the download link inside my receipt again. This time when the BDJ page appeared I clicked the area to click "if download does not start". Again I'm taken to what looks like a demo screen for the program.

Isn't there a software program file I need to download and install?

If so, where exactly is it?

Is there a SPECIFIC link to it?

Thanks.

Oct 20 2015 at 11:26pm Copy Link

Constantin Florea @disenchanted, I see you purchased both: 40+ Auto-calculating Invoice Templates and the Lifetime Van subscription. This means you should have two receipts.

In the receipt for 40+ Auto-calculating Invoice Templates you should press the Download button to download the templates.

In the receipt for the Lifetime Van subscription you should click on the link which allows you to register an account on the Invoicebus site. If you press the Download button in the receipt associated with the Lifetime Van subscription you will be indeed taken to the demo pages of the product.

Glen Hilton Purchased templates last time around and had a tech query. Stefan provided one of the best customer support solutions I’ve experienced in the last 15 plus yrs. Thanks Stefan for going out of your way in a enthusiastic manner to provide that solution. Would recommend both the templates and the customer care to all.

al User Nice templates! And easy to modify data and styles.

I would also like to tweak some of the graphics on a few of them, but I can't find the Adobe Illustrator and EPS Vector files that the website says come with the templates. They weren't in my download, so where do I find them?

Oct 14 2016 at 7:39pm Copy Link

LU Are these the same invoices that were offered last time you had this discount on BitsduJour?

How can we tell what invoices we have from within the invoicebus system?

Jun 16 2017 at 3:13am Copy Link

Stefan Chachovski Hello @Lifetime Upgrades,

Yes, these are the same templates. We decided to restart the promo as many people were asking for it.

With Invoicebus come the following templates: 1 Basic template in 6 color variants and 4 Premium templates: Bella (tres), Daisy (olive), Lily (yellow), and Loretta (teal).

Best,
Stefan@IB

Invoicebus - Jun 16 2017 at 4:37am Copy Link

HJ B These templates fall substantially short of what I would expect, unless I am missing something.

1. It appears that every invoice must be individually typed;. There is a text file that feeds the html file, and one could set up separate text files for each client to use in an ongoing way; however, the data that changes monthly must be manually entered.

2. There is no convenient way to change type style, font, color or size;

3. There are fields on many of the invoices that may not be relevant to a particular business or customer or bill. There are likely other fields that one might wish to add. There are no instructions as to how fields can be added or omitted.

4. The point is conceded by the authors on their website questions and answers. The average person who might try to change formatting will likely end up throwing the entire layout off.

5. This would be a useful set of templates if they were accompanied by a simple input program that anticipated the types of format features a user might want to change AND by an import/export system that permits data to taken from or sent to a table.

6. In the absence of any tools to accomplish the foregoing, it is far more easy to set up an invoice form in a word processor and to use a merge function to print everything out from a simple table.

Nelson Therrien If I understand well, the prices listed above are just the regular prices, but we still get all of them for $9... is that it?

Secondly, this is for the templates themselves, so does that mean that we need to be subscribed to invoice bus (monthly plan) to use them? What's the difference?

Jun 28 2019 at 2:27am Copy Link

Stefan Chachovski Hello Nelson,

Yes, that's correct. You get all of them for $9.

Regarding the second question, you can use the templates with or without Invoicebus. They work independently as simple invoice generators, but if you decide to use them with Invoicebus, you'll need a monthly plan.

Best,
Stefan@IB
