JMJ Squared I understand no updates/support on "free" offers but there are no databases that require updating to make the app serviceable, so why the 1-year-use limitation? Any offer to rent, rather than buy, a "static" product is one I easily decline.

BTW: On your STORE landing page, among other things, you may want to change "none commercial" to "non-commercial".

Constantin Florea If you look under "The Fine Print" tab, the first phrase is:
After you purchase 7-Data Photo Recovery it may be used for 12 months and will not function after that unless you renew your subscription.

This means that after 12 months the product will no longer function and in order to keep it functioning you would have to purchase a renewal code from the vendor which you would enter in the registration window inside the software.

So the subscription period is 12 months.

The following phrase:
Upgrades to future versions of the software will be free for current subscriptions.
refers to the fact that you can get for free any upgrade which appears during the 12 months subscription period in which you use this software.

If so, could you please send us a screenshot showing the registration information you fill in the registration window as well as the registration error message you get when trying to register the application?

Michael Sweeden I have another 7-data product installed and I am no asked for the user name when I try to register it (that could be part of the problem). I am only asked for the registration code. When I paste it into the box and click the "Register" button, I can an error window saying "Register code is wrong".

Vladimir User The link downloads the 7data-phr-July2021.zip archive, which contains the 7data-phr-July2021.exe file. If you look at the properties of this file, you will see that the product name is not 7-Data Photo Recovery, but RecoveryRobot Photo Recovery, version 1.1.0.0. During installation, only the registration key is requested, there is no field for the username. The registration keys provided by the vendor are correct. The archive contains a file belonging to another vendor by mistake.
