Let's face it, the more demands there are on your time, the more organized you need to be. And lately, everyone we know seems to have more and more demands on their time... not to mention their demands on ours!

To get done what you want to get done, you really need to be in control. You need to ensure that all those little emergencies don't eat up all your time. The bottom line? You need to spend your time on what's important, so that when you get to the end of a busy day, you can feel good about what you've accomplished instead of just wondering where the day went!!

But where to start? Because you don't think that spending your time effectively means taking 2 weeks to evaluate time management systems, and another 2 weeks to learn one. You need something that will help you organize your time, not just let you.

_*_ @umike, the site seems to not have been updated since 2013 as well. As a new comer it gives pause. I am giving MyLifeOrganized a trial right now, maybe this is an alternative if it is maintained.

Alan Stevenson The site also seems to have problems with its order page. I tried to buy it earlier today, the page showed an "error processing your card" message, but my bank tells me my card has been authorised. No reply yet from Effexis support to my query.

Wearsie Jackson Hi - Still no word from Vendor? Looks like great software at an excellent BDJ price!

Just a little wary if vendor is not able to address timely issues or if software is not being updated.

Have used MLO (MyLifeOrganized) as mentioned above, for about 6+ years - very good robust planning and organizational tool. Am looking for something that integrates rich text notes though, and found this deal.

Was also considering Ultra Recall which I think has also been featured on BDJ some time ago.

Thanks to all comments.

D Rogers I took the plunge and bought this. I"m not too worried about it not being updated. I have excellent software that has not been updated in a decade I still use. This is an outstanding program I believe will be worth the price in productivity gains.

I did have to spend several hours evaluating and learning the software. The user manual is 127 pages long. And you have to play with it to learn how it works and it's how it can help you. I see a lot of potential. I look forward to putting it to practice. I also use swift to do list which is has a timer feature for tasks. But this program has other advantages.
