Constantin Florea @Bertie Brummel, Please notice that the version number for the Mac application is 2.1.0.0 however the version number for the Windows application is 1.0.0.0.

Bertie Brummel What's going on at BDJ these days?

AGAIN I got wrong confirmation details. The serial seems to be OK. However, the "registration e-mail" is obviously nonsense because it ends with

@adoreshare.com

and was shown as invalid when I tried to register the software.
The proper e-mail for my BDJ account did not work too.

Please fix this problem.

Once more I want to ask why BdJ does not use the buyer's e-mail address provided by PayPal?

Firstly, please make sure to run the program in Application.While register it, please make sure to enter licensed-email and registration code without blank space. If you still get register error there, then could you show me your order ID to us? We will help you fix that issue soon.

Constantin Florea @Bertie Brummel, In order to register the application, please ensure that you are using the registration email address from the receipt email. The registration won't work with your own email address as the registration email address.

If you still encounter any issues registering the product, please either contact the vendor as written above, or send us at notify@bitsdujour.com an image showing the registration email address and the registration code you are using to register the application.

I assume you are asking why we don't use the buyer's email address (provided by PayPal) as the registration email address which should be entered in the application to register it. If so, this would require a higher integration between our system and the vendor's system which is responsible with generating the key pairs (email address and registration code). The current approach is that we use predefined key pairs which is much simpler to set up.

Also, the email address we show in the receipt email, is the one you have edited in your BitsDuJour profile. If you change that email address (from your BitsDuJour profile), that will be reflected in every receipt email you have in the On-Site Purchases section of your Purchases page. However that receipt email (from your BitsDuJour profile) can be used optionally as the registration email address only if the registration information section in the receipt email does not specify a registration email.
