CFGuy @BitsDuJour and @BgGenerator.com - I just purchased this program and was sent my registration code. I installed the program, without incident, and then clicked on the "buy a commercial license" icon (the first icon in in the top right corner of the program screen). A browser screen opened with an order form to order a license, but also a pop-up box appeared within the program, at the same time, stating "Please copy and paste the serial key into the text box below:" with a box below the text to enter the serial number. I entered the serial number that was emailed to me after purchase, and I get an error message "Invalid code". I re-tried this process several more times with the same result. What should I do to register this program. I went the the manufacturer's website, as linked on the BDJ product page, however I am unable to find and contact information for the software manufacturer, or any way to get in touch with them. Please help. Thank you. -Cfguy

John User I just compared AI PNG to Irfanview and also using Image Eye as my default viewer. Irfanview like any other image viewer enlarges all the artifacts along with the image.

AI PNG delivers what it says. I tested with "Original Photo 2" on their website. Results were mostly as shown on their website. The thin railings, a difficult graphics resolution situation even with the original photo were not perfect but did not get worse when blown up to 16X.The solid surfaces clean clear and crisp. Any real issues such as the railing were caused by lack of information in the tiny original photo. I would expect better results not trying to push the limits with a tiny photo and 16X enlargement. Irfanview at 16X was just fuzzy unusable crap at this size.

I rotate my work between 4 different computers. The license locked to one computer does not work for me so I will not be purchasing this. Give me a single user license and I would gladly purchase this.

The sellers website is a minefield of Google Ads. The seller might want to up their game here along with consideration for a single user license.

John Silby I downloaded the program from the vendor's site (the download from the BDJ link was very slow and stalled with quite a way to go to completion). The program installed OK, but gave mixed results.

I first tried a stock photo of a vegetable garden. AI PNG did a pretty terrible job of enlarging it. The program I've used for several years Photo Zoom did a better job.

AI PNG did an excellent job with a clip art image, but Photo Zoom made a mess of that one.

Another photo, this time of two elderly men, and AI PNG made a real mess of it. I didn't bother trying that one with Photo Zoom.

I only tried enlarging 4X. I have no idea what the program would have done at 16X. Sadly, those two are the only alternatives. AI PNG is not sufficient for my needs to enlarge images occasionally. Uninstalled.

John Cook @John Silby Thanks for your feedback. The trained AI might not process well on some types of images, but most of images could be handled well.

Gary User it works really well for ico files, which is the reason I bought it - but please find a fix for the registration issue - I'd rather have a working program than a refund, but if the registration issue can't be fixed, then a refund is requested

Gary User I posted about the license code being invalid. I sent an email about the license code being invalid. All I got in reply was another email with the same invalid license code. I should have used an invalid credit card number when I went to pay for the program - that would have saved me a lot of frustration....
