Daniel User Sorry, I had this product in my basket, the special offer was to last faor over 2 days.
As I did not have my credit card at hand I thought to pay next morning.
But no way, BDJ removed the item from my basket and it was nowhere reachable.

NO DEAL, unfortunately. Even the countdown was at 45 hrs !??
What is the function of the countdown if the time is just not of any importance?

Why me deal was removed during valid time?

(The offer I wanted to buy was 5.6 and not 4.6, 2 dev and lifetime free updates) - not this one here.

BTW: May anybody tell the difference between "Backupper Pro" and "Backupper Professional", please? Even worse for the Partition Assistant - 1 product, 4 names. Very unclear.

Constantin Florea @Daniel User, If a promotion is no longer active and if you have the product in your shopping cart, that item is removed from the shopping cart.

For this particular product, I see we had a discounted deal with a high discount on 05/18/2021 and 05/19/2021 so if you are referring to having a product in your cart since 05/18/2021, then that product should have been removed by the 20th of May the latest or the first time you tried to complete the purchase.

We currently have an EveryDay deal (with a smaller discount) for the product, and you can still make a purchase if you want to.

Daniel User @Constantin, thanks for your reply and for contactin the vendor about naming.

About the deal "AOMEI BackpperPro V5.2 for 2 PCs lifelong licence and updates": This deal I saw on Tuesday night (this week) for 28.90 and I put it in my basket. As credit card not available, I wanted to pay next day. As I ever did.

I left the website and my basket when the count down was around 50 hours left.

But next day my basket was empty - deal no more available. Sad. The count down still must have 25 hours on the clock at this time. Minimum.

What happened? Why this deal was closed prematurely? Time was NOT over yet.

PS: No, I am not expecting that my basket is kept alive ffro 2 month ;-) Must be a different deal.
