GaryC I downloaded and installed the software, I also received the product code but I don't know how to use it to register the software, as it seems there's no "register" or "activate" form to complete. Any help or info about this?

Constantin Florea @Gary92, I just contacted the vendor asking him to help with the issue you mention.

Jerry Voletto I also am having the same problem. Nowhere to register it. Will wait for replies.

GaryC I finally managed to register the software but I had to create an Apowersoft account too (which is disappointing). There is a "register" or "create account" link in the profile menu (you can access it by clicking on the profile image, in the main interface): it's possible to create the account using "email + password" or "email + activation code sent to email". After that, a new option appears in the profile menu (I don't remember the exact label) for purchasing a VIP code or insert a purchased one: I selected the "purchased" option and inserted the activation code.
I'm sorry for the not-so-exact description of the procedure, I hope this could help anyway. Still, I would have preferred a simpler activation with no account needed, maybe it's better to wait for the response from Apowersoft.

Jerry Voletto Also, when I did enter the registration code, it says it is invalid. I copied and pasted the code exactly like the one I received in the email. Is it not correct?
Frustrating.

Kim User I don't understand stand offers like this with lifetime subscription and the description "it may be used for 12 months."

Jerry Voletto Also, when I open the program, I get a "card-looking" screen that gives me options to connect to. When I click on any of the options, nothing happens. This is too weird. I'll try their home page and see if there is something that I might be doing wrong.

Disco79 Hi.

The registration code I received by email, can not be used. I have tried to register as a new customer and copied in the code. It does not work. I also can not find any other place to fill in the registration code I have received. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to testing this program which seems to be useful.

regards
Michael

Richard User I have the same experience as Jerry Voletto and Disco79. I don't have time to mess around with this stuff. I get the promotion: Apower is giving away their paid app for free for 1 year in hopes that some will find it useful and renew next year. It's in "the fine print" tab. I have no problem with that. What I do not have time for is this registration Mickey Mouse. The vendor needs to provide clear instructions that work, and soon. Otherwise, I'm deleting it. This free app is getting to be too costly, quickly.

D Denny I also had problem trying to register the software. I logged into my Apowermirror account and there was a section to input the "redemption code". I applied the 20 character information from BitsDuJour using cut and paste and the result was "Invalid Code". Would love to give this software a try if only they make it easier to register it and it's only about 2 hours left to register it. Hope Apowermirror respond to this issue and extend the registration deadline.

Constantin Florea Hi all, here is how to activate it. Please click Login > Sign up to register an account after launching the app, then click the Activate VIP button on your account info page, and you can also click the avatar icon on the upper right of the software interface to find it. Then input the activation code you received in the receipt email to activate it. The code will be valid until November 8, please use it before the deadline.

Richard User Constantin, I am on my account info page and I don't see an Activate VIP Button. This is beyond ridiculous.

Oh, and btw, I have bought many apps on BDJ over the years, both free and paid. Some have had tricky registration processes but I've always been able to figure them out pretty quickly. Not so with this one. I am not happy.

Constantin Florea @Richard User, My comment above was actually the comment the vendor added but I had to delete the vendor's comment because it contained the registration information used during the promotion.

I've just contacted the vendor regarding the issue you mentioned asking him to help clear this.
