Also, I can understand if you are an online background remover charging per image, but why are you doing it for software we have to install?
I'm disabled and have limited income.

denis morrow I tried a few images with mixed results, some good, some not so good. The good results were excellent, leaving no unwanted or missing edges, For the not so good results the manual controls are too difficult to use, there's no edge on the plus and minus controls, so its impossible to brush alongside the keep/remove part of the image with any accuracy. Without hair, trees, grass brush there is no way to refine the overlaps.
I got an error report on trying around the 6th image.... then it closed down. Now it won't open again from the Exe file.
Overall its very fast and useful for an offline background remover, but very expensive considering it charges per image tried, not per images that are successful. 10% discount is not really much of an incentive either. Why when I pay for offline software does it limit the uses. Its more of a rentalware than shareware.

CHARLES User When I try to register a new account, I get a screen that requires a verification code. When I click on "Get", it counts down from 60 seconds. When it reaches "0", it says "Get" again. How do I get the verification code? Thanks.

CHARLES User Stupid me.....received code in email. Would have been nice it the registration page had told me to check my email.

Now,

"Step2. Click the Redemption code button to automatically jump to the account page."

No Problem.

"Step3. Click the Redemption code button on the left side of page and fill in the redemption code."

BIG PROBLEM! Entering the redemption code results in : "Invalid code. Please check and enter again."

Annick Davis What? It is not even a 3/6/12 month license, but a 30 pages license? You can keep your software. Why go through all the registration, installation and all that stuff just to be able to use for 30 pages? What a joke!

Chris I'm going out on a limb now, but it shows upload photo so I assume it is being uploaded to their site to remove the background.

SKY First there were unlimited, read lifetime free software, then there were lifetime apps for reasonable prices, then there were annual and lifetime offers, then the subscription model with no lifetime options,accordingly, the giveaways were first lifetime, then annual, some even for 6 months, which are basically extended trials, but now this? 50 pages free, counts as a giveaway?

The greed of vendors makes such excellent service orientated sites like BitsDuJour practically a joke. I am not even going to go through the hurdles of trying to get this so called giveaway! I have spent more than enough time this offer deserves by venting off my frustration here with this comment. I hope it is published and will help bring some vendors back to their senses.
