Robert M Decent screen capture tool and video capture is good. But it looks like you can't annotate videos. Would be nice to be able to add text bubbles and callouts. Would also be nice to save as a flash swf format too. Any chance of those options becoming a reality in the near future?

"Support is provided for the lifetime of the product." does that include upgrades?

Robert M This is a per user license with online activation. Can I install this on more than one machine? Laptop, home and work desktop?
