Audials One 2018 is able to capture music streams from Amazon as well as video streams.
Currently Audials does not have any direct connection to Alexa. However, Audials automatically tags the recordings so that you can add them in the Amazon cloud and let them play via Alexa.

Tiberius I bought most of the apps on BDJ with Paypal.
Why isn't it possible anymore with Audials?
Anyway, Digital River keeps on rejecting my credit cards.
In most cases they charge more than the price that was announced.
The last time I tried on this page it was $79.
Is there a conflict between those two companies?
What's the problem, me? Ha! Ha!
Please, try to give me a straight answer.

Audials Software I'm sorry if you had problems with Digital River. We have been working with Digital River for a long time and it has never been possible to pay Audials via Bits du Jour with Paypal. The discount for Audials products applies only in a certain period of time. Subsequently, the software is offered again at the regular price.

Rick Truell Well, I'm not with Audials Software, but when checking the website, one finds that the subscription price is $39.90 while the non-subscription price is $49.90. As the "regular" price of this BDJ offer is $49.90, one can only figure that this BDJ offer is for the non-subscription version of the software.

James Nice looking software, but after installing we cant access the internet after rebooting Windows. There's a red X on our network tray icon - Networking seems broken. Same thing on a different Windows systems. Uninstal fixed the issue.

JesusInsideMe Hi. Yesterday I tried purchase this "On BitsDuJour Today", but, (1) there was not the purchase option with paypal, (2) No one answered my question placed here (and it's not here neither) about why PayPal was not available (I have always bought here with paypal... more than 200apps)

Mark Harper This is an amazing piece of software. I have quite a number of digital media purchases and this has allowed me to keep backup copies for safekeeping. Having media in the cloud is great in theory but should they become unavailable I will have local copies to revert to. I find it to be a great tool that allows me to archive my online digital purchases.

Frank M A follow up to the update policy. I just looked at your link to Mike B. I saw there were multiple recent updates that were needed to allow the software to work, which of course is good to see you support your product. But how long is a generation? I am interested in buying it but not if a 'generation' is only one year (or less). I want to make sure I can get at least a few years of use before I have to buy it again. I had bought another program (backup software) that had the same 'generation' support. 4 months later they came out with a new version but if I wanted it (and the bug fixes), I had to pay an upgrade fee, as there policy was only to give support and free upgrades if you bought it within the last 30 days. I don't want to get ripped off again. If all these platforms are constantly changing their interface (for whatever reason), I need to feel confident I am not throwing away money on a single, soon-to-not-work version. Thank you.

After the next generation has been launched, you can still use your older software, but have to keep in mind that not all services are updated forever.

CFGuy Hi - I am having trouble finding the answer to this question when I search online. Does AUDIALS allow am Amazon Prime user to record Amazon Prime video that includes subtitles? Also, if yes, does if I have my Amazon Prime video settings to always display subtitles, will AUDIALS record the as "default", or must I manually go in and select "display subtitles" on Amazon Prime video before every AUDIALS video recording? One final questions - is it the same also for other streaming video services such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. (regarding the AUDIALS recording of video with subtitles? Are you saying that of all the subscription video download services, only Netflix will automatically download video with subtitles (if "display titles be default" is selected im user's Netflix profile, and for the remaining subscription download services, video may be downloaded with subtitles; however the subtitles must be manually switched on immediately before each video stream/download from these other services, each time user wants subtitles downloaded with video? Or are you saying that Netflix is the *ONLY* subscription streaming service that downloading subtitles with videos is even possible (automatically via user profile or manually switched on before download) and with the other subscription streaming services such as Amazon Video, Hulu, etc. the downloading of video with subtitles is currently impossible, by any means? Audials Software @CFGuy: For Netflix, you can manually choose whether subtitles are recorded or not. For the other services, subtitles are not recorded if you select for instance the "Amazon Video" or "Hulu" tile. But if you press the tile "Other source/screen recording", everything that is visible will also be recorded, as mentioned also in: https://support.audials.c...e-recorded-
