Chris After I purchased the program my receipt shows the normal price as $39.90 and I received a $19.95 discount so that would make this a 50% off deal.

_*_ What is the update/upgrade policy as it is not clear in the Fine Print?

Minor updates = Free?
Upgrades are paid, but are they discounted, and if so by what percent?

Is there a lifetime license option?

In fact when you click to purchase it takes you to the checkout page which clearly displays $39.90 and underneath it displays, "Discount (50%)".

This sale is in no way 60% off, it is 50%.

A. M. Just thought I should ask if anyone read the top of the paragraph explaining the deal of the product?? At the beginning it says originally $49.90 and on sale for $39.90 on their website. Then it says they have agreed to take another $19.95 off for BitsDuJour members. So $49.90 down to $19.95 = 60% off. Shows it very well at the top of the page :-)

What makes me fully believe it is only 50% off is the sales page that displays the amount of the product $39.90, the "Discount (50%)" statement on the page and finally on Amazon(dot)com it is listed for $39.90 with no price reduction listed. http://www.amazon.com/Aud...tracker+11 So, as far as I can tell, it is truly 50% off. I am still considering purchasing, but it would be good if Audials were more up front with customers.

_*_ OK, I went ahead and purchased.

My issue is the Nag, "Buy Now!" button will not go away after program activation.

I really do not want to constantly see a large "Buy Now!" when I have already purchased.

_*_ If I could I would return this product.

The reason is the incessant Nag button at the lower left of the program (the bright green one with a little shopping cart).

Even after purchasing it never goes away. The reason is Audials is trying to nag me into buying their other product I do not own, nor wish to own.

So, paying customers have to live with a bright green nag button that says "Buy Now!" each and every time they use their paid for software.

Of course Audials covered this with a "No return policy" in the Fine Print.

I signed up on their forums and posted there asking it be removed, sent in feedback asking the same.
But the no response from Audials to other posts on their own forum is less than encouraging to ever hear back at all.

It is the last $20 they will get from me.

Are you talking minor updates or major version updates. What about an update because of a bug?
