ron r If I install and register now and if I format my pc next week and re-install my operating system, will I still be able to use this program?

Or does must this program be installed within 3 days and after that you can not re-install (use) it.

O. J. I cannot seem to be able to download the software. I get to the download page and the option box at the bottom of IE comes up and wants to know if I want to Save, Save As or Save and Open and then I say Save As and I can't seem to get it to save to my computer. Any suggestions?

Dennis Johnson I have the same concern ron b does. I seem to be rebuilding my desktop on a regular basis. Will there be a way for me to re-install this program in the future?

It's not going to be much good for me if I install it today and install a new hard drive this weekend if I can't reinstall it.

needing a better delivery system! this is working within chrome active Google gmail account and member of Google drive doesn't let me get the download! I think that there maybe a limit to how many times the file can be downloaded!

Hanzl Kay I use Firefox and had to rightclick the link and choose for "Open link in IE tab". That way it worked. The regular way it would only take me to Google docs.

Jason Maher I'm not sure this is the solution for me. I manage a few work studies at a university. My employees' availability is unique for every individual. This is due to class schedules, club meetings, rehearsals, sports events, etc. I need a software package where I can enter in when they are not available and have it generate a schedule for me. Also, each student worker can only receive 23 hours a week maximum; some students want less (around 10-15 hours) I need to be able to input this variable per individual. Please let me know if this software has this capability, and if not does anyone have any recommendations?

If no one around there has an idea, I think it'll make my decision so much easier.

Pam R Thank you for the opportunity to try this software. Before it would be of use to me, it needs a "employee skills" option.

For example, perhaps each shift must have an employee who is trained in First Aid and CPR. Or the day shift must have someone authorized to make refunds. Or....

To do this, each employee would need "skill" codings (one person can have multiple skills) and the schedule would have to have rules for the skills needed on each shift.

This complicates the coding, of course, but would increase the value of the software immensely.

s salb Austin, Can you make the employee hours into a 12hour format?
We mostly do,8am to 4pm or 9am to 5 pm.
We are not really set up for 24 hr format.
Will this be an update in the future?

Lloyd Wilcockson Gentlemen, Shortly prior to the end of the download offer(!), my anti-virus software issued a warning and prevented the actual download of "AutoEmployeeSchedule(giveaway).exe". All I have now, is the activation code, order number, serial-number, discount-coupon, receipt etc - but no software! ;-( What options do I now have at this late hour? Is any specific help available from BitsDuJour or Belighten? Just to be sure, I put in my vote as "I want this"; is that my only "way out"? Thanks for your kind assistance (and the offer in the first place)! Lloyd
