A. Smith 1. Installed the trial version and sent emails. Surprised to see that BCC addresses were clearly visible in emails received by all (is that a bug?).

Also wasn't able to hide senders smtp email address as mentioned in the review by CNET.

A. Smith Thanks Han for the clarification. I am able to hide BCC recipients when putting all email addresses in BCC field and choosing one-by-one. This solution will work as I don't want everybody to see all other email addresses leading to spam in future. Just placed my order ;)

Krysia Hi, I have been trying to buy this software - "Auto Mail Sender" for $24.50 . I click "Buy Now" , it goes to another page showing 3 versions of this software & different prices. I click the one shown on this page (second one in list for $24.50), then either the page just says "Connecting" in the tab header with a blue circle circling or goes to a home page with the comment "The page you're looking for wasn't found." For instance: if you have an email template that includes 100 recipients, after you sent this email manually or automatically, you only used '1 of # emails' of the license offer, even this email template is set as 'One by one' sending mode.

I would definitively buy the enterprise licence but it's above my budget (specially considering that currently I'm not sending emails). I hope that you consider to provide a better discount to upgrade to the Enterprise version. Since it's self hosted I don't understand why so much pricing difference among versions.

For instance: an individual uses AMSSE without commercial purpose, everyday can send 5 emails (any amount of recipients if your SMTP supporting) automatically, and the manually sending can be use other email client to do, it does not consume your monthly offer of AMSSE personal license. This is enough.

"License" indicates the sending ability. "Upgrade Service" provide the product VERSION upgrade period for your current license.

2) Yes, test on XP, Vista, 7, 8 x64, worked.

3) Currently only has English, if you want to translate it, please let us know, it has the language files (txt).

4) Export from third-party email clients as csv, and then used the output files in AMSSE.

Just to make sure: it appears as the editor doesn't support CSS or even tables... I guess it just takes plain HTML, so if I do my design in another software (ex: Dreamweaver), it will take whatever we give it (according to rules likes no external CSS, js, etc.)?

Also, there's a radio button for Plain Text and HTML email: does it automatically create the Plain Text version when we create the HTML one, or we need to provide both manually?

Yes, supported. In fact, the HTML Email Editor is just a IE browser and is editable.

And I have test this feature, it works.

Michael R. 1) Will the emails being created be sent at the scheduled time from my computer, i.e. it has to be turned on at this time?
Or are they sent after creation to your servers and sent at the scheduled time from them?

If the later is right, is there any way to edit/delete them before the scheduled time, but after they have been sent to your server(s)?

2) I suppose AutoMailSender has no ability to handle possible answers, has it?

1) It is a Windows Desktop software, your PC must to be turned on.
And our server does not manage any data, all things are stored on your PC.
But please note that our server will save the license information of the paid users.

2) Yes, you are right.
It just a email sender with sending schedule ability and many specific features (such as folder attachment, OBO, smtp accounts list, receipt receiver, and so on), not a standard email client.

We only focus sending, not receiving, because most people have their favorite email clients or web mails, such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Gmail. We do not try to change the the common sending and receiving habit for users.
