Oscar Magallanes I just saw the web site of Lokas Software and I think the programs are expensive.

But my question is: Why you sell here, in Bits du Jour, the AWicons PRO wiht the price or AWicons HOME (not commercial licenses). Reilly I don't understand why you say something here and another thing in your web site.

Neil Sagitov Regular price of AWicons Pro (home license) - $39.95
Price of AWicons Standard (home license) - $19.95

Ken Curtis I downloaded the trial version and could not figure out how to put the displayed windows in a window of its own. What I see on screen are a bunch of windows that I can position independently all over my desktop. The problem is, this display is very distracting because I have colorful wallpaper.

I will buy the program for the special price if someone can show me how to open the program in a traditional single window with a uniform colored background, and the ability for traditional toolbar docking.

This looks like it would be a nice program.

Thanks,
Ken

Gina Anderson I've always wanted to try to make custom icons but never used an icon making program before which might make this a dumb question, but will the program automatically make your one drawing into all the sizes show? For example if I make my drawing in a 128x128 scene, will it make the 32x32 size the 256x256 size and all the sizes in-between? Or do I have to redraw for each size?

Feb 21 2013 at 10:53am Copy Link

Neil Sagitov You can't create 256 from 128, but you can create smaller icons automaticly. Pplease read tutorial http://www.awicons.com/ic...4-formats/

Gina Anderson Thank you :) What's the license for this offer? Does the buyer get updates in the future, are they minor/major updates/upgrades etc. There's no Fine Print for this deal, so I'm curious.

Feb 21 2013 at 11:41am Copy Link

Neil Sagitov All future updates are free for registered users.

Fraser Gorrie I just purchased the Pro version. How do I receive the Free 3D Artistic icons offer?

Feb 22 2013 at 12:44am Copy Link

Neil Sagitov I have sent you download link in the separate email.

Kelly Hamblin Another day and another great application for another great price. I have a license for AWICONS PRO from a few years back. My version is 10.0. I see the version you are discounting today should work on Win 7 (and 8 but I'm never going there) or at least make icons that can be used on Win 7.

These are my questions: 1) Do I need to buy another license? (One company's lifetime license is another company's version license.) 2) Can I make an icon on my XP desktop and use the icon on my Win 7 laptop? And, is that allowed?

DrTeeth The 'website' link above 404s.
No 'fine print' tab.

Constantin Florea @DrTeeth - Thanks for reporting the two issues. The Website link is now working and we've already contacted the vendor to help us fix the license details.

Constantin Florea The license details have been updated (please see "The Fine Print" tab).

Paul Heinrich In the website comparison it says the Pro Business comes with both free Aero Icons and 3D Artistic Icons collections. Is this correct for this offering? If so how are these obtained?

Aug 4 2013 at 5:33pm Copy Link

Lito I just bought pro and didn't get a download link to the 3d artistic icons collection stated above in the registration email. So I am wondering how I get the collection also.

Aug 4 2013 at 6:49pm Copy Link

Ralph Bressler Ditto the above! Where are the free icons? Why wasn't this taken care of so we wouldn't have to ask these questions?

Aug 4 2013 at 10:30pm Copy Link

Neil Sagitov Email with download links for icons will be sent during few hours.

Lokas Software - Aug 4 2013 at 11:33pm Copy Link

Paul Heinrich Less than an hour to go - any chance of the vendor - Lokas Software answering the queries?
