Han Tendeloo I downloaded program. Opened it and copy-pasted the serial code. Got message it is the wrong code.
Tried again with same result.
Then removed program from computer and started all over again. Did not get discounted price. Is this maybe because it was my second download?
What to do to get the program download for free and working?

The e-commerce system we work with, eSellerate, requires an order to be placed in order to issue the serial number. It's a pretty common system actually.

As you place a free order where you don't need to provide any credit card info, you can enter absolutely any address if you don't wish to provide the real one.
