Richy Just downloaded....works.
Worst part is confusing way of registering.
Franzis is the WORST (not wurst) company as far as registering a product is concerned, usually here's my user name and pw for usage but, no, you get a specific # then a registration code about a block long to enter.
Took twelve minutes...JEEZ BEJEEZUS!
But you know what?
The program looks beautiful and it works...just tried it and it's tricky to get the hang of with so many options to edit BUT, hey, it works.

ken User For those complaining about the downloading issue, please stop because you are using Chrome! Use another browser!
Chrome has implemented safeguards to protect us from ourselves and in doing so has probably identified ButsDuJour website as potentially harmful. Thus, no downloads from this site. BitsDuJour needs to work with Chrome to resolve this issue. To-date, BitsDuJour seems to be reluctant to do so.
Another issue that keeps creeping up is the lack of proper info regarding the offering. To this end, I suggest that the software version/build be included in the description as a minimum.

Nagaraj Acharya Mangalore and the download they are giving is not working at all when we click download button it escapes and if we tried again it says you have too many downloads and now you have to purchase the software. This happends to me so many times whenever I wantend to download thier softwares, Later we have to request them to send the correct link before give away time laps.

Donald User No email sent with reg code. I won't install it if I can't register it. Maybe it takes a few hours to get the email, after they wake up? I have to leave for work in a few minutes so this will have to wait until about 12 hours from now.

Constantin Florea @Donald User, The installer doesn't have an end date meaning you can use it anytime you want to once you got it.

However regarding the registration issue you mentioned: the vendor previously wrote to us that if a customer didn't get the registration information, then he should try another email address as they (the vendor) cannot resend you the email with the registration information.

Mario Trzes Niels Erik Karkov, this is a very common problem latelly with BitsDuJour. Normally happens when using Chrome. With Edge it works OK. When the smalll window titled Downloads appears, with the following messages in it - Your download will start in a moment, and, if you do not see it "click here ( in blue )" - DO NOT CLICK in HERE!!! Click in it with your RIGHT mouse button ( if you are right handed ), and COPY THE LINK. Open a new tab onthe browser and paste the link you just copied, and it will work OK.

bob trout Can't register. First you have to agree to a couple of things I'm not a fan of, but after that it wants you to sign in using a password that you don't have. And clicking on Forgot password don't get you an email to set one up! Sheesh, what a bum deal.
