Lito WARNING!! This needs the disc to be unencrypted to work. So you will need to buy something like AnyDVD HD separately for this program to work or you can't get the data off the disc to convert.

Attn BitsDuJour - This is NOT mentioned anywhere in the features or the fine print and it should be especially since they are specifically marketing it to "beginners" who don't have a clue the software can't do anything it advertises without third party decryption software.

Can someone please explain to me what it means when it says:

"One installation per (hardware) footprint"?

As compared to:

"Unlimited number of installations per (hardware) footprint"?

One installation per footprint means one installation is authorized per computer.
Each computer has a unique hardware footprint, and you can only install it once per machine. Each BlurayConverter license allows installation on 3 different computers. Hope I answered your question :)

@all For your information, under the "DMCA" law our French company is not allowed to remove such protections. The editor prevents copying even though the user has the legal right to watch the video. Some customers use -at their own risk- a foreign company that bypasses protections. Please keep in mind this may be illegal and we take no responsibility for the legal consequences this might cause to you. Once users have removed the protection then they can use our software to carry on their project with our product.

VSO Software Yes, of course!
You just need to configure the burning settings (see attached), and choose any preferred disk format (DVD or BluRay) for the output. It will convert and burn it to ISO :)
