ehab i have used Boilsoft splitters / joiners wayback from 2002 and last week or so i tried their latest versions and does a good job. I will grab this special offer because there is a big chance this app does the conversion well.

looking forward to get this and thank allah then bits and boilsoft for this giveaway.

Rick I purchased Boilsoft Video Joiner and Video Splitter directly from Boilsoft several years back. They are very useful, bug free, well supported and easy to use programs. Thank you for the free Video Converter license; I am looking forward to using the software.

The program use an obsolete direct x 8.1, which no support for Windows 8 or 8.1.
The abscence of the new videos formats and, since from 01/18/2013 there is no updates, that lets hope that a future update is near.

Constantin Florea @Trevor Holyoak - The 15 days registration time frame refers to the period of time in which you can use the registration code to unlock the application. The application will remain activated after the 15 days but if you do not activate the application within the next 15 days, the code cannot be used after that.

Adam Bryan No, install/register anytime means you don't have to register within the discount period - as some applications you can only register within the discount period. 15 days timeframe is the application trial period in which you can use the application before you have to register, however you can register anytime after the trial period is up. Hope this clarifies things.

The date: 01/18/2013 was about the last update for Boilsoft Video Splitter 7.02.1

sahil waste @Constantin: In the fine prints, but now it is updated with "You must install/register the software within 15 days, and cannot do so afterwards." i copied the statement from there so i am sure that it was there at the time of my previous comment.

@Adam: 15days time block cannot ever justify "Anytime" clause, but leave that now, as they updated the statement and also i am not taking this deal.

But, i want to thank Bits and Boilsoft for offering such a useful tool. thank you guys, keep the good work up.

jordan cooper First of all thanks to the developer and BdJ for offering lifetime upgrades. Nonetheless, the development of the software seems very slow: last version that is three years old, support for Windows 98 and not yet for Windows 8, Direct X 8 among the requirements, and the UI that is very outdated. I would be pleased if Boilsoft could guarantee an upcoming upgrade.

fpi fpi After new research on the Web, "Boilsoft" and "Aimonesoft" have the same adress: 447 North 300 West Unit 2 Kaysville Utah 84037 United States of America.
The programs from the developper: "Jason Anderson" are identical in the both websites.
Just their revision numbers are different.
On the website of "Aimonesoft", we can read:
"Currently AimOne Video Converter is only distributed on the Internet. If you are interested in exchanging links with us, or would like to help us with physical distribution, promotion in software compilations, or business cooperation, kindly let us know! We are open to various levels of cooperation."
and
"FREE lifetime upgrades".
Only "Boilsoft" offer a menu "What's New" to inform about the change log for each program.

Adam Bryan Make sure Name is "boilsoft", I still got an error message, but then a successful registration message - after restart of application it indeed shows it as registered.

Judi Podgurski I really LOVE this software !! I have it on my big desktop, and today will have it on my laptop too. Thanks a million !!! This program is SO easy to use and works well every time. Easy too, as one does not need to sit and read a large manual before using. Not something I need to use often, but when I do need it, this Boilsoft program is FANTASTIC. BIG hugs to Boilsoft !! ;-D

Judi Podgurski I may have misunderstood, but I believe that 15 days is your window of time to install and register your software, not a time when the program becomes useless to you. It says "registration window".

When installing it says version 3.01. About page shows 3.02.8 with an old copyright (2001-2010). Website shows last update of software on 8/22/11. Even a typo under "BuyNow in your help file (Regiter). Registration within the software like most others seems far better.

Not trying to pick but all the inconsisitencies with an outdated copyright, zero revisions in 4 years and a suspect registration path is a customer deterrent even if free.

Constantin Florea @sakis kom, We are promoting the latest version which can be downloaded from the product site. I see there is a discrepancy between the version shown in the installer (3.01) and the version shown in the application itself (3.02.8). I assume the application is developed more than the installer is, so the correct version has to be 3.02.8.

ricoh flex The installer window WRONGLY states it will install Ver3-01 in to your PC.

But actually the Version that you run after install, is Ver3-02-8.

I have no problems activating the software.
