Stephen Brown Finally, It took two days, but I did manage to get the program registered. I wasn't able to log off until I rebooted my computer (something I rarely do), it messed up some rendering I was doing, but I wanted this program so wasn't too bothered about starting afresh regarding the rendering program. :)

I'd forgotten I'd registered several other programs over the last few years such as 1AVStreamer, Screen BackTracker, Super Launcher, Image Watermarker, 1AVShare, ScreenCamera Toolbar and a few others.

Will the keys/order I.D's I have in my control panel still be valid if I still have the original programs installed? I always install applications to a separate drive, so when I reinstall Windows (a bi-yearly event for me) those programs are deregistered. If I re-apply for registration codes using the order I.D's I have in the control panel of my account, will I be able to reactivate those programs?

I was forced into early retirement due to a serious road traffic accident over 10 years ago that left me with a broken back (4 vertebrae were crushed and I lost almost 4 inches in height) plus a serious head injury that has left me with other issues such as memory problems. Both injuries were missed when I was taken to the hospital and was discharged a few hours later with bruising and a sprain with no treatment apart from some low-level pain medication (Co-Codamol). It took almost a year for the medics to accept their mistake, but it has left me unemployable. Consequently, my income is such that I can't afford to update any of the programs I've either received free or purchased in the past.

Ah, yes, thanks. I do remember that offer. I did not download that offer. My notes say that I passed due to the program looking more like it was from a past era, plus I already had alternatives. Part of the decision to pass was based on comments by others. It does look like the registration went a lot smoother for that offer, and it appears that registration was built in from what the comments imply. If the installed program shows 1.0.1.41, then I am guessing the developer made a special version just for that offer with built-in registration, and therefore bumped the version number. At the time, I never noticed that the version offered was later than the latest posted on the developer's website. As far as functionality, I am sure that offer is the same as the one offered here, only you didn't have to deal with the complicated activation.

I wasn't interested in this current offer either but due to the many comments regarding difficulty in receiving e-mails/getting the program activated, I decided to see what the fuss was all about.

Dunking Note that if you have any dealing with PCWinsoft they will spam you with info about their other products. Worse, the unsubscribe link is merely a mail-to link to /your/ address, so you can't unsubscribe.

I regret letting them get my details from Bits.

Bruce Mittleman Yesterday I sent for the registration number twice and nothing came to my email nothing in spam, I have had this problem with other products from PCWINSOFT.

Marc Dear Sirs,
I hope your software is better than the registration key distribution and the customer service. I requested a key several times and never received any, nor in inbox, nor in junk folder. No answer or explanation either. I have no choice but to uninstall and look for other software. I am disappointed with PCWinSoft.
