Doug Atkinson Just because one engine shows an alert, does not mean there is an issue with the software. Anti-Virus products are notorious for their false alarms. Now if 30 of the 60 engines had an issue, there might be cause for alarm.

The registration process is designed to make your life easier when you want to install the program on a new computer or have to reformat your computer so it works like many sites by delivering the KEY by e-mail.

Follow the instructions you are presented with after you successfully insert your information on the registration page. If you follow the steps you will receive your KEY on the same e-mail you used to register.

If you received the message 'KEY sent successfully' then the KEY is on your Inbox or Junk folder. Remember to check your Junk folder or anti-virus. The e-mail with the KEY was sent.

If the software gets stuck on 'Wait' when you click 'Send KEY' then it means the program is not getting access to the Internet. You have to solve this within your Firewall and Anti-Virus software. You have to add trust to the program so that it gains access to the Internet.

Stephen Brown I've been trying to register this since yesterday afternoon. I followed the instructions to the letter. I created a registered account as Nabeel Auzae described above, then selected the register online option then I get a wait ... message on the register EZBurner window.

I left my computer on all night and was greeted with the same message this morning, so canceled the window and started again. Same result, a wait message. So I tried the register offline method, but have not received any emails from the developer so can't send the requested order number and hardware footprint.

Tried the online method one more time but yet again get a wait message that goes on for hours.............................. This is not the way to garner customers for your product. Things need to go smoothly. This just seems like a fiasco and an email steal.

How do I get a registration code to register this program??????????

Anthony User This offer is a waste of time. Yesterday (more than 24 hrs ago) I signed up for this offer through the install procedure but still no email, I checked my junk folder, firewall...as I am a registered user of 2 of their other software I visted the customer database and behold, there was the registration key for ezburner, I then copied and pasted it into ezburner but the registration failed. Mystery!!! You won...I give up

Stephen Brown After reading Anthony Stewart's comment, I used the link provided after initially registering an account to access the PCWinSoft page, but, apart from the main PCWinSoft logo it remained blank (a white page) until I repeatedly clicked on the logo. I then tried to log in using the email I gave, it then asked for me to create a password, which I did. It said I was logged in so I tried to access my account but got a white screen with a message saying:

''user cp = control panel blocked - password correct not entered''

Alex Ferri Hello,

If the program freezes after you click 'Send my KEY' then it means the program is not getting access to the Internet. You must trust the program on your Firerwall and Anti-Virus so that the program can access the Internet.

About the error on the control panel you entered a wrong password different from the one you registered. Type the correct password and you will have access to your control panel.

Receiving the message that you are a registered user does not mean a KEY will be sent to you. You must request the KEY from within the software by clicking the button 'Send KEY to my e-mail address'. Follow the step by step tutorial presented to you when you successfully register on the registration page. Save the tutorial on a text file for future reference.

The registration method is similar to websites like forums in which all communication is done by e-mail. This is used because it is a secure system and nobody gets to hack into anyone else's account. Plus it allows you to install and register the program on 10 different PCs. And it also makes it easy to get KEYs for reformatted PCs, new PCs.

Stephen Brown Thank you for your suggestion Alex, unfortunately, I'm unable to sign out as there doesn't appear to be a log out button, I've tried closing the browser then reopening it, but it continues to say I'm lofgged in, then, when I try to access my account details I get the same message about using the wrong password.

Apart from that, I know I put the correct password in otherwise I wouldn't have been signed it in. I rarely type in the incorrect password as although not recommended, I use the same password for everything related to software I've received free. I've not rebooted since yesterday, that may be the only way to sign out, but I have graphics rendering programs running that take days to complete, so can't reboot until Monday at the earliest.

With respect to getting a key, I did request the key via the software once it was installed. I followed the instructions to the letter.

Chris I already paid for lifetime updates to all programs from an email you sent me. I noticed in my control panel that this software wants me to purchase an upgrade but shouldn't it show never / free updates forever beside it?

Also, when trying to run the program I get this error::

My clock is correct as I have a program that sets the clock every hour to internet time.

The version I have after installation is 1.0.1.40 (not .41). can you verify that you have 1.0.1.41. By the way, the Trial listed as 1.0.0.70 does download the same file.

After registering the download link is for a file named EZBurnerInstAG.exe. The trial link shown on BdJ downloads a file named EZBurnerInstAG-March2018.exe. Though named differently, they have the same contents (both have a sha256 hash of 877B2D6C7A693D1A9FC232480B47D6FB8DD9BE6236019F4639357FB3D4E0A7FB).

To Users not receiving the e-mail:
Right after you initially enter your e-mail, take note that the displayed page has three important links.

One is to download the software. This is how you get the file named EZBurnerInstAG.exe.

The second is a demonstration on how to register the software. I watched the demonstration but missed an important part of it until I tried going through the third link.

The third link states "You can also receive keys through the control panel."

Since no one was receiving an e-mail, I did not want to bother installing the program until I know that I can get the license key.

Since I also had not received an e-mail, I decided to try the Control Panel method. On that page that shows up, you are asked for the e-mail that you used to order the software, and you are asked to answer a Captcha field.
The next screen informed me that there is no password for the account, and requires the user to create one. After the password is entered, you are sent an e-mail. Surprisingly, this e-mail comes right away. The e-mail contains a password activation link. When that link is clicked, you get back to a screen that confirms the activation, and has a link to the "Control Panel of Customer." When that link is clicked, you get to enter your password, and another Captcha field. Entering correctly get you logged in to your account, and from there you can see the products you have ordered in the past and including the EZBurner item offered here. The product data is in a table, and one of the columns has a link to "Send KEY to my e-mail address." At this point, you know you are about to finally have this drawn out registration process figured out.

When you click to link in the table to send you your key, you get a new page where you are asked for more information, 3 parts actually, and of course, one of those is another Captcha field. The first field is for the order ID, and thankfully it is already filled in for you.

The problem is the next field. It asks for your hardware fingerprint, but you have no way of knowing what to enter here at all. At this point, I saw that the developer had not thought this through about getting keys through the Control Panel in lieu of using the program, and since there are Captcha Codes required even though you have already logged in your account, I was not so interested in wasting any more time, all in the developer's idea that this registration method is to "make your life easier when you want to install the program on a new computer or have to reformat your computer." I'm thinking, why not make it easy to install and register the first time, and come up with a method that works smoothly should the user ever needs to install on a new computer.

In my cleanup of browser tabs, there was the demonstration of how to register, but this time I noticed something that I had missed before. There is a small part that shows the Hardware-fingerprint being displayed. Now, I realized that you have to start the install of the program, and only then can you get to see the hardware-fingerprint. Our of curiosity, I decided to try copying the hardware-fingerprint and pasting it into the on-line form. The form caused the key to be sent to my e-mail address instantly. That may be due to the developer resolving what ever was holding the e-mails from being sent out earlier. Of course, you can do the same through the program at that point.

dave User After filling out the Captcha security block, received a page that said I was registered.

Downloaded and installed without any problems. I followed the instructions at the "How to register" link. Never received a registration email after four hours. Tried it again, again making certain I followed the "How to" link instsructions. Still no registration email.

Tthe registration process looked like I was trying to register a purchased product.

Would it not be easier to describe the registration process in a :ReadMe.txt" file, instead of programming it in the "How to" link? It would be easier and quicker to register that way.

Looks like a good program. Sorry I can't register it.

Happy Animal I have tried with the last 4 programmes offered by this company to obtain codes, either through their control panel or through keeping the program open waiting for an email response. Very annoyed as I have never had a response to my requests for codes to validate the programmes. Please note however that I have been sent many emails to purchase these same programmes and even an email to pay for lifetime upgrades for any current programmes that I had or any future programmes of theirs that I might purchase. While the offer seemed excellent for the lifetime upgrades I was not prepared to purchase because of this continual problem as outlined above.

Put in e-mail, and waited...no regeistation number came. ! hour later, still no e-mail. Sent message to company, regarding same. I said I will wait another 30 minutes, and then uninstall. Stephen Brown I have the same issue as a few others. I've applied for a registration key. That was last night. It's still not arrived several hours later. The promotion ends in a few hours, (unless BDJ extend the promo a further day). Will I get a key?

Sandra User Even though I have scanned the exe before running it my anti virus flags it as having a trojan when I try to install it.

As I was recently hacked I am reluctant to turn off my AV in order to install it. Has anyoner else had a similar problem ?

Jason Bilsky This is a recording "studio" in the most basic of terms. It allows you to choose what you put on the disc format you choose, then burn it, with conversion if necessary.

While that may be acceptable for music discs, data discs, or discs with presentations, I believe that most people who are burning things to DVD or Blu-Ray would want some sort of menu function- This does not have anything resembling that. Nor does it have any sort of editing functions, as something called a "studio" should have.

the bar that shows how much of the disc is filled does not have any sort of gradation marks on it- you have no clue how much data is remaining or will be burned on the discs.

I got this program for free, and I think I paid too much.

If you have received the message that the key was successfully sent to your e-mail and you didn't receive it let me know the name of registration and i will fetch your key for you.

Dennis User I cannot claim this. When I get to the page that has me enter my name and email, it also requests to enter verification answer the consists of random capital letters. I have tried over 20 times I keep getting:

Wrong verification answer

I even took screenshots to verify I entered the Wrong verification answer correctly.

Charles Le Montagnard Registration does not work, e-mail with the serial number is never sent by pc-winsoft. Tried several times and again and again.

No errors received during registration.
Probably only data mining... stealing users data.

Alex Ferri No data mining. PCWinSoft does not ever act on such a purpose. If you received the message that your key was successfully sent, let me know the first and last name you registered under, and I will fetch your key.
