Jonathan Nelson I go to download this software and it brings me to a registration page. I fill in my name, email address, country and the registration code is pre-filled. I hit Submit and I get the following message: Program already registered. Multiple registration are not permitted!. And no download.

Vincent March Got the same problem as mentioned above. It appears that if you have gotten this software in one of the last giveaways, you won't qualify for this one. I did not realize I had done this software, but other, and upon logging into the ASCOMP webpage, it shows that I have an expired download license for a Cleaning Suite Professional v4.003, this note appears "Refers to your download update and support subscription only. Full version is valid for unlimited time."

Loyal Customer This is the most ridiculous software registration process I have ever encountered on BD.
It just keeps running me in circles. Despite doing things to the letter, and getting a code, it won't let me download the software without paying (telling me a 50% discount has been applied).
Why all this complexity??? There are lots of cleaning software packages out there for free, as you know.
You are making it far too complex, as if this software was a NASA-Grade, Mission Critical software, or a complex jet-fighter simulation software.
Please make the download process simple or just don't make such a ridiculous process for a free offer.
I have attempted at least 7 times and encountered exactly the same outcome.

Andreas Stroebel @Loyal Customer We received several hundred registrations without any issues. We use the same registration process for years now, without major issues. You just need to register, confirm registration by clicking the confirmation link in our e-mail, login and download full version. That's it.

If you already registered in the past, you are not eligible for a new registration. But even in this case you get a message giving you exactly this information. I really don't know how we could make it even more simple, I am sorry.

Obviously, it is not what you describe, judging by the comments/complaints from other people.
I have been on BD for several years, and, again, this is the one software that has really given me hard time.
You may think it is as simple as you mentioned, but that is not what I received. Instead of taking me to the download location, it always took me to the paid pro/expanded version and demanded payment. This happened multiple times, not just one, two, three, or even 6 times.

Andreas Stroebel @Loyal Customer The only complains here (except yours) are about a repeated registration, not about difficult or not working registration process. You should have received a registration link which links to our registration form. The procedure from there on is exactly as I described it before. And it worked for lots of users here without issues. Only claimed issue come from people who try to register same full version multiple times. I am sorry that you still face issues with registration, maybe you want to send screenshots of your process to support@ascompsoftware.com and I will be glad to support you in registration process.

M M bob trout, go to the vendor web page https://www.ascompsoftware.com/en/, click the link to log in ("Customer / Partner login" top-right of their page), log in to your account you should have created, and on the "Software Licenses" tab you should see "Download Full Version" links for each software you have a valid license for. During validity of the license you can download the newest version of the software, and you can use that version forever (so lifetime license with limited time to update). Rgds.
