If you have already participated in the promotion and received version 4 then all you have to do to receive version 5 links is that you resend your receipt email.

Heidi-Ann Kennedy-Fourkiller For some odd reason their auto server for reg. codes wont send to my domain e-mail. It's not as I have stated to them a dozen times not going to a "Spam" box! I can and do receive e-mail from them, just not reg. codes. I have tried several times to discuss this with them, yet they fail in every aspect of customer service to look into the issue. Oh there is an account and it says I have all this software from them, yet I have not once ever received a code. E-mail is right, e-mail is good, and nothing going to spam. Too bad for them, I buy graphic programs.

John Silby I received the registration email and entered the personal ID number and registration key when requested during the install. The installer then asked for a serial number - which the registration email did not provide. The installer included a "Later" link, which allowed the program to open, but it now shows as a trial version.

I agree with Pi Stachio (see older comments). This process is a nightmare. I did not have this problem when I bought programs directly from Franzis. The registration process with those was simple.

Another issue was that the registration email referred to Color Projects 4, not 5.

I have clicked several times on the download button to download the software but nothing downloading. Now I have this "You have downloaded your software too many times" and have to purchase it. Argh. I even cannot install this "gift" without this installer.

jose User Hola el problema que hay, és que envían la clave de registro para el V 4 y al registrarlo te marca que solo es por 30 dias ya que la clave de registro Nó es válida, así es que para no sufrirle simplemente eliminé el programa, de verdad cada véz promocionan más programas plagados de problemas. Neil User I have only been able to download the file by right clicking the link and saving the link address. Chrome issues a warning that the file cannot be downloaded decurely which i have ignored and have a zip file on my computer.

Problem is when I extract the files and run the .exe windows error message "program has stopped working" appears, so I cannot complete the install. Have downloaded multiple times to no avail.

I'm using Windows 7 64-bit.

Mickey Mouse @Greg Newell: In the window that comes up at the beginning of the installation, you have to click the "Internet" button. This will take you to a webpage where you register to receive the Personal user ID: and Registration code, which then arrives by email. Yes, it's unexplained, convoluted and not intuitive, but it works.

James Alston COLOR projects Standard is reported as Mac and PC... however, it seems there is no PC executable files in the download. Normally duo file formats are included when two platforms are supposed to be as part of the zipped/downloaded file.

I have download the zipped file three times and each time it seems the zipped file only included Mac files.

Please correct this
