ConvertHQ Premium does convert files for the Zune. Your Zune supports various audio and video formats.

To convert to an audio file to play on the Zune, you should convert to either WMA or MP3 using ConvertHQ Premium.

To convert to a video file to play on the Zune, you should convert to WMV or MPEG-4 using ConvertHQ Premium.

After converting, you just need to copy the new audio files to your Zune as you would normally do.

The ConvertHQ trial version does not have all file formats listed (due to licensing issues). However, ConvertHQ Premium does include all file formats and will convert all your files for your Zune. We have many happy Zune users.

Mary Wilson To many programs have said that they work converting items for the Zune and other program. Unless it works in trials, the program will probably will not work in real life. I found this out the costly way.

Most mobile phones record or play video using the 3GPP or 3GPP2 video format. Without knowing your mobile phone model, I'd say they are 3GPP files. ConvertHQ Premium can convert these formats so you can play them on your computer. For example, you can convert them to AVI, WMV, MPEG-2, etc.
