Heidi-Ann Kennedy-Fourkiller Dear Coolmuster,
Just an FYI to let you know Emsisoft Anti-Malware blocks your site as malicious. I have contacted them for more details, yet you might want to address this issue with them.

You need to open your WHOIS; being undisclosed does not show a state of trustworthiness in my opinion.
Sincerely,
Heidi-Ann Kennedy

Coolmuster @Heidi-Ann Kennedy,
Thanks for your info. I have contacted Emsisoft Anti-Malware.
This is their reply:

Hello, and thank you for contacting Emsisoft Support.

Many thanks for reporting this issue. The detection has been disabled and should no longer occur after the next online update.

We don't appear to be blocking coolmuster.com:
https://www.virustotal.co...432636729/

It also doesn't appear to be on any common blacklists either:
http://www.urlvoid.com/sc...uster.com/

http://www.coolmuster.com/ is safe to use.

Heidi-Ann Kennedy-Fourkiller @Catherine

First let me apologize for the delay in getting back. Yes Emsisoft has removed warning.

Before the had removed I had sent my own bot to scan your site and found all clean. Downloaded your product in a virtual environment and fully scanned and found clean. I appreciate you being responsive in clearing the issue with Emsisoft.

Though you really should open your WHOIS.

Final opinion is that you have a nice product that I hope you continue to improve. Even though I have another program that fills my needs; thank you for making this available to users at Bits Dujour.

Wishing you much success.
Sincerely,
Heidi-Ann Kennedy

LT When I attempt to register Coolmuster PDF Creator Pro, I get an alert saying "Invalid licensed e-mail or registration code! Please check your registration information." (I entered the same email address I used to log into BitsDujour and to purchase Coolmuster PDF Creator Pro and the registration code I just received on the purchase confirmation email.)

Please note: Both licensed email and registration code are case sensitive. You'd better copy and paste the email address(not your own email address but the one bitsdujour offers you) and license code to avoid a typo. And please don't add any blank before or after the code.

rodken Just repeating what Lifetime Upgrades said "When converting documents, are they converted with searchable text or is simply an image of the documents?" maybe you missed it, I would like to know also, Thanks.

LU The lifetime license link is not giving the discount.

Though I can't purchase anyway until I would here a reply from you about the "searchable text" question.

Ewell Hagdash Hello, there are still several minutes left on the free promotion for Coolmuster PDF Creator but I can't seem to get it:

"It looks like you've already bought Coolmuster PDF Creator Pro - Paid upgrades and must be installed during promotion day v2.1.11. We're sorry but this promotion is limited to one purchase per person. You can Resend Your Email Receipt if you can't find it, or remove this item from your cart with the red 'x' button below."

But of course I did not get it; and when I click on the "Resend your Email" button, it says my email address cannot be found (of course); I've refreshed, tried alternate browsers. I really want this particular offer. Please advise.

Constantin Florea @Ewell Hagdash, The message you encounter shows up when someone else has already participated in the promotion from the computer you are trying to purchase or using the IP you're currently using trying to purchase.

Myrna Larson I don't see anything in the description here about compatibility with Windows 10.

Ah, I visited the web site, where it does say Windows 10. I guess you've just forgotten to update what appears here on Bits du Jour.

BTW, will this program work with the current Windows 10, including the newly released 'anniversary' edition?

Daniel Platten This program does not work at all. It simply won't install. I get an error message pop up something about missing privileges by the maker of this software. Win 10 will not install it.

Whats up with this error?

Daniel Platten Windows 10. no shortage of dumb problems. I did get the installer to work but I had to right click the installer and add it to trusted applications in order to install it. Always learning with windows. Thanks for the software, registered and installed fine on win 10 64bit.
