riad af Hello. I am interested in the lifetime deal. I tried inserting Arabic & Hebrew texts without success. Notes with the same languages is okay. Am I missing something?

Michael User I bought the lifetime. Running into a few glitches which I hope the publisher will respond and resolve, 1) When launched, the program asks each and every time if I want of set it as the default pdf viewer. No option for "don't show again". Tried everything and can't get it to stop prompting at each launch. 2) When inserting text, the font selection always defaults to a font of Asian characters. You can manually change it, but there isn't any way to set a font like Ariel, etc., as default, or even have the software 'remember' your last font selection that was used. 3) always shows a red "use redeem now" box even though I've already redeemed my code.
