Antony Lewis This offer is only for the Crossword Compiler bundle. The main ordering page has some bundles including Crossword Compiler and dictionaries, which would be cheaper than buying separately ($225).

disenchanted I noticed that when you go to place an order there is an opportunity to buy an additional "bundle"
It contains:
[Special: Crossword Compiler Bundle
includes WordWeb Pro dictionary-thesaurus, and all additional word lists]

.But I don;t think that "bundle" contains the PRO GRID FILLER.

Any chance to get a upgrade offer on the other bundle? The one containing the Pro Grid Filler? [Professional Bundle(all the above including the Pro Grid Filler)]

Jeff User I'm assuming that this offer today is for the Standard Bundle.

On your website you also have the Professional Bundle which includes the Pro Grid Filler for $179 as a regular everyday price. If you were to offer that bundle for around $89 as a Today Only special I would have a serious interest.

Doug Lietz @Antony - Since you did not get a chance to respond before the timer hit zero, I was kind of expecting this deal to extend into day 2, But I see today, that's not the case.

From the comments here, it appears like the Pro Version is what everyone wants (me included).

Javier Gil Craig: Double check their "buy" page on their site. There is a bundle which includes extra word lists and so on. That's what's being sold here.

On another matter, I paid via paypal and the payment takes a few days to process?? really?? Never seen anything like this before. Not very professional at all if you ask me and I'm not happy. I was not warned about this and I feel cheated.

I think your order was processed immediately, and the download link also sent immediately. If you didn't get it please check your spam folder. The link is sent to your PayPal email address if you pay by PayPal.

Jeanie Kiser Was considering purchasing. Checked out their website.

It states that: "You can order online and download immediately if you need the program immediately - the download instructions are sent to your e-mail address as soon as you've completed the order. See the Ordering page for details."

Why is Javier Gil having to wait a few days for payment to process? I would want to receive the software immediately after paying, if I decide to purchase.

Could someone clarify?

Antony Lewis As mentioned above, Javier Gil's order was actually processed immediately and download link sent immediately. However sometimes people (or their email provider) accidentally spam-block the download email, or are using an out-of-date PayPal email address, and so don't get it immediately. [Only if you pay by PayPal "eCheck" will it take a few days - which is not the normal method].

Looks like there is the ability to export in many formats, including JPG and PNG. Could you tell me what the size and (highest) DPI/PPI the files can be saved at?

Brent Carey With PayPal there may be an option to pay by using an e-Check which will take 3-5 days to clear your bank account...perhaps this is what happened in this case. This is dependent on the merchant that you are purchasing from, as not all allow the e-Check option.

Using a debit/credit card will usually get you the product almost immediately.

I really don't know the complete situation, so these are some just some thought about a possible scenario that could have occurred.

Javier Gil Yes, as I mentioned earlier, the fault was on my side. When I paid via paypal, I did get a popup message saying "Please be patient, the order might take a few days to process", which I found really strange. I thought it was just one of those routine messages, but when I didn't see my the email in my inbox, I thought it was for real.
Wordweb did everything correctly, it wasn't their fault.

Antony Lewis Regarding export: yes, you can export in PJG, PNG (and others including PDF). You can export at whatever resolution you like (up to memory limitations). 600 DPI is the highest listed default option, but you can also specify your own number.

UweS A friendly hello from Germany

The offer sounds interesting, but I am a bit confused, because
- Only English is listed as a supported language here. Fortunately, the website shows the complete interface in German.
- It is not clear to me what functions this offer includes, because on the website I only find explanations of different subscription models.
- For example, are the German word lists included?

Antony Lewis You can download a German version from the order download page if required (change the language on the download page when you get it).

You can use it for business purposes - you own copyright on puzzles that you create.

You can import plain text word lists using the Word List Manager (one word per line).
