disenchanted Hi,
Is this package different than the BDJ deal you offered back about 12-15-2015?

Your company name sounded familiar, so i searched my old emails and found I had purchased a mivoyce offer from BDJ, as a 1 YEAR membership,

But I do not recall ever renewing my 1-year membership a year later, in Dec of 2016.

In any case, this program is exactly what I needed right now.

I just finished purchasing it a few minutes ago, as I'm sure several things have changed since 12/2016 [when my original 2015 membership expired]

I'm fighting right now with a Dr/facility who incorrectly billed me in 2016, as out-of-network despite that Dr having a valid provider tax ID# with my Cigna insurer, since 2012. All the Dr needs to do is re-file the claims but they refuse to do so. (I assume it is because their bills to me,personally, netted them more than what insurance would have paid them).

I need whatever help I can find, to solicit and get outside, 3rd parties involved [like licensing depts, gov officials, etc] .
I seem to remember your 2015 package as having some such info.

Questions:
1. I noticed that after my purchase today, an email provided a link, to create an account.
a. Can I use my old account, if it still exists?
b. Can it be linked, if it does still happen to exist?

2. Does your package include which ENTITIES a patient should contact, when a patient reaches an impasse with the Dr/facility and their own insurance provider?
a. Such as medical licensing boards, medical insurance overseers, state and fed elected officials, fraud depts, etc?
