Richard King This is confusing. "Daminion Standalone is a server-based photo management solution especially built for small teams!" Is this the server version or a standalone version? "Does your small team use a digital photo and media management solution that requires everyone to take turns at a single workstation? That’s not gonna work!" If this is not the server version, how is it different to any other photo manager accessing folders on a file server? Is there a discount on the server version?

Murat User Michael, yep. The only difference between Standalone versions is a number of files that you can import per one local catalog.

You can update your Daminion Standalone to any major or minor release during 1 year. And continue using your Daminion even after this period without any payments.

Daminion is very flexible when selecting a file storage scheme. You can import your NAS/SAN based files to your Daminion by a mapped drive or by a network path.
