dave User Instead of the normal BitsDuJour process, which sends me a download link and serial number, I received a pdf file which contained the link and number. Copied the serial number to a text file. Downloaded and installed with no problem, but the serial number is invalid. Will relay this message to revresponse.com. Thanks to both BitsDuJour and revresponse.com.

Mr Dave None of my employers would ever approve of sending even the company name. I did sign up for TradePub when I was between jobs, so much of the information is not valid. They offer many technical and marketing and customer service books/magazines (among others). I was able to benefit in my jobs and personal life from what they have. They do seem to send at least one email every day. For me it's usually something about customer service techniques.... All in all, not a bad price to be able to try (and keep) some good software. And even better if you like their offerings.

No, I'm not associated with them, I just see a lot of bad comments towards them and don't think it's justified. Not sure of the business relationship between TradePub and BDJ, but if it keeps BDJ alive then I think it's good.
