Pricing suggested here (BDJ) suggests this is the Plus option, but the description more matches the Basic option. Which is it?

Additionally, the website indicates these prices are "One Time", whereas in The Fine Print for the BDJ sale version indicates additional costs for future upgrades. Obviously, a One Time price is far better.
