Peter Margol After I buy it here, can I use this software also at work?

Jon Tackabury @Peter: Yes, you can use your license wherever you'd like.

Evan Wondrasek Jon did fantastic job with the licensing of this application, completely hassle-free. Easy to use on any of your computers, and is a prime example of how developers should treat their customers.

I've been using DisplayFusion for several years - I use it just as much as I do my OS. Fantastic application.

Deleto Maximo I bought this months ago and it's been doing a very decent job. It is one of those tools you rarely notice when it's there... but miss desperately when it's gone.

Jon, thank you very much for such a wonderful product!

Stephane M Hi Jon,

Just to make sure, you said "you can use your license wherever you'd like" to Peter Margol (first comment on this page).

I am not sure if Peter was talking about using his license on different computers.
But if it is the case then this is with the Home License ($35) and not with the Standard License ($25), am I correct?

By the way, this looks very nice!!

Thanks.

Michael R. Impressing...

Does it support panning too, i.e. allows for a single screen to define a larger resolution than the display's hardware is able to show at once. So the part of the screen which is shown scrolls automatically, if the mouse comes near to an edge. I had this feature on a former computer (laptop) and it's not there any more on my current one and I miss it...

It would be nice, if there was a way to let one computer in a LAN allow it's screen content to be displayed on a monitor connected with another computer on this LAN or let this monitor to be used as second display.
So when running my laptop and desktop concurrently and the desktop having two monitors I would be able to use it's second monitor as display #2 for the laptop over WLAN without having to connect this second monitor to the laptop itself. (Of course the fps-number might be going down.
Or a allowed second person could be able to follow what I was doing on my laptop and doesn't have to nearly break his neck, just to have a look on my laptop's screen.

If not, are you planing something like that for a next updatte?

Thank you...

Derek Lavine I have installed displayfusion and my firewall is telling me it is trying to connect to HTTP:// 209.97.211.132 apparently in Canada. Why is this happening?
Feb 24 2011 at 6:07pm Copy Link
0
Stephane M I guess is trying to reach the server for updates or something like that, 209.97.211.132 is actually pointing to binaryfortress.com who is behind DisplayFusion.
Jon Tackabury will surely tell more about it.

egmweb Hello, Please have a look at the following example:

2 Displays for each PC:
Display1-PC1 + Display2-PC1 - Display1-PC2 + Display2-PC2

Is this software able to drag windows between PC1 and PC2?
If so, I will not doubt to get it.

Thanks in advance.

Deleto Maximo Derek, I can assure you, this happens beacuse DF tries to check for updates. BinaryFortress should actually point it out more clearly but then again, this is quite common in modern software.

Lifetime Upgrades This is a fantastic offer. I have purchased this software several years ago and the author is true to his word. Very easy to reach and responds quickly. The software has many functions that you can be set, but for the most part, this is a install it and forget about it kind of software. The default installation will take care of the rest. I am presently using this software on a triple monitor setup with Windows 7 64 bit operating system and have went into some of the special features for enhancements.

If you are thinking of getting a second monitor or third, you should grab this offer because as my name suggests, I believe in lifetime upgrade software and for this type of software, there isn't many on the market that support this type of upgrade.

Darren Farmer Hi, Can this s/w be used on a laptop that is connected to a universal docking station like a Kensingtion docking station with DVI. I ask, as the one I'm using seems to have it's own (very basic) software installed for this purpose and I'm afraid they may conflict with each other or, even worse, stop the docking station working.

Adrian Williams Just bought DisplayFusion. Wonderful bit of software. I use true launch bar and the fact that the launchbar stays on the left screen doesn't bother me. I was also interested to see how it fared with DeskSpace (another bit of software I used - thanks to bits du jour). The wallpaper transfers across to the 'live' screen so it doesn't seem to upset deskspace too much - as that software has background 'tweaks'. Seems that Displayfusion wins over deskpace in the background settings. I've used another wallpaper changer in the past but it wasn't happy with the dual screen setup I have. For the little time I've spent using displayfusion, I'm very impressed. Well worth trying out.

Jon Tackabury @Stephane: Yes, he would need the Personal Home license to use it on more than 1 computer.

@Michael: It doesn't support panning, sorry.

@Derek: DisplayFusion has an auto-updater which connects to binaryfortress.com, you can disable this in the Settings window if you'd like. :)

@Eduardo: Sorry, you can't drag windows between PCs, only between monitors on the same PC.

Adrian Williams A highly recommended piece of software. More than a dual monitor utility. At just over a fiver (UK) it's an absolute steal. Download the trial and give it a try. I particularly like the screensaver options, the log-on screen feature and the ability to force a program to open and run on 2nd monitor.

Keith Lammers Hi all! I'm the resident support guru for Binary Fortress Software and DisplayFusion, so I'll do my best to answer any questions anyone has about the software and licensing. Please feel free to post any questions or concerns and I'll answer them ASAP!

@Randy Martin: DisplayFusion doesn't handle any screenshot functionality, but I actually use a fantastic program called SnagIt for screenshots that lets you screenshot just specific monitors, or even specific application windows.

Faisal Humayun This is an incredible and indispensable application for multi-monitor rigs. At this price point it would be foolhardy to let this deal slide. Even if you have a single monitor, pick up a license for whenever you might decide to go for a 2nd or 3rd. (Used and tested on win7 64bit)

Absolutely fantastic win7 toolbar cloning for the secondary monitor(s). The ability to randomly change wallpapers from vladstudio alone is golden. Incredibly well maintained and updated very often. You'll probably pinch yourself for not getting this sooner, and guarantee yourself a mild case of depression if you pass up on it :-)

F.J. Garvin Very confusing when you try to purchase. You get a popup asking if you want to purchase standard $8us or Pro $12us. Nothing on this page talks about the difference. There is a click to get a comparison page which tells the difference between Free and Pro..not Standard and Pro. AND..the top of the 'Pro' page it says for "Personal and not for Company use" but when you look at the comparrson page, one of the features of the 'Pro" edition is Personal OR Company use.
Apparently no one from this company ever purchased the product and not had to try and figure out the process.

0
Keith Lammers @Wm Shore: The license is per-machine. In your case, if you have one computer at home, and one at work, the best deal is to buy two DisplayFusion Pro Standard licenses.

@Lee Butler: The DisplayFusion Pro Personal Home license is for home use only. A company owned computer requires a DisplayFusion Pro Standard license.

@M.Nazmi Özmilli: In the latest beta version, you can configure the primary monitor via the Monitor Configuration options. You can get a copy of the latest beta version here: http://www.displayfusion....load/Beta/

@F.J. Garvin and @Luay Kanaan: I apologize for any confusion, hopefully this will help clarify the options. Both the DisplayFusion Pro Standard, and DisplayFusion Pro Personal Home licenses contain the same features. The only difference is the licensing restrictions. The DisplayFusion Pro Standard license can be installed on one computer (work or home). The DisplayFusion Pro Personal Home license can be installed on as many computers as you like in your home, and cannot be used on a company owned work computer.

There are programs I'd love to use (like Sandboxie) that require a minimum of two licenses for use in a company and their home license specifically prohibits use at work. mnazmi hi,

thanks @ bob roos. I already did it. But I can't see all the icons (near the windows clock) all monitor.I can see only main monitor the other monitors only have win clock, not icons

bob roos right click DisplayFusion icon in systray, make sure you have enabled "MultiMonitor TaskBar" . That will put taskbar on 2nd monitor. Then right click again and select settings and then taskbar on the left. Make sure the box at the top is checked ("Enable Multi-Monitor Taskbars". Taskbar Mode should be set to "All taskbars show all windows". You should now see a Start circle and a clock on the 2nd monitor with an icon and name for each running program.

At least that is what I have and what I see on my monitors.

Keith Lammers @Richard Urmann: There shouldn't be any issues running DisplayFusion along side the AMD Vision Control Center. While some features like the Monitor Configuration may be similar, DisplayFusion also offers features like a taskbar on each monitor, window snapping, etc. So I believe you'll still find value in using DisplayFusion.

@M.Nazmi Özmilli: Unfortunately DisplayFusion does not support the notification area (system tray) at the moment. It's something we're hoping to add later, but can't guarantee any timelines.

wiseolowl - I purchased PRO yesterday only to find that this program does not support Toolbars on the second monitor. All the glowing accolades above are obviously from people who have not used UltraMon.

If you use a toolbar program beware, you have lost half your workspace.

Clearly UltraMon is streets ahead of Display Fusion.
Aug 26 2011 at 3:56pm Copy Link
0
Faisal Humayun @wiseolowl - Exactly what do you mean by toolbar? Would you mean taskbar?

The program clearly has an option for "Multi-Monitor Taskbar", and I do have a taskbar on my 2nd monitor.

Your precaution also makes no sense to me. Exactly how does one "lose half your workspace" by using a "toolbar program"?

As one who gave this program a glowing review (I have no affiliation to the product or its developers), I've used UltraMon and have felt it to be very lacking in the breadth and wealth of features that Display Fusion offers. Their web site is very dated, and their latest update was in Dec 2010. Users can feel free to check them out: http://www.realtimesoft.com

And considering that it sells for nearly $40 for a single user license, getting display fusion for $9 is an incredibly savvy purchase. It's still better when regularly priced at $25.

If you're self-serving enough to cash in on a good deal before test-driving a trial version or contacting its developers for assistance, you should at least resist assigning blame to phantom short-comings until they've helped you out.

Keith Lammers @wiseolowl: Sorry to hear that you're not satisfied. I believe you had emailed earlier and I had added your vote to an open feature request for Toolbar support on the Multi-Monitor Taskbars. If you're still not satisfied, please let me know and we will issue a refund for your purchase.

@Faisal Humayun: Thanks again for the support :) I believe he was looking to be able to put custom Toolbars on the taskbar, like the Windows Media Player Toolbar etc.
Aug 26 2011 at 5:55pm Copy Link

Faisal Humayun @Keith Lammers: Ah, gotcha. With the exception of light-weight programs like DUMeter (for keeping track of my bandwidth consumption), i rarely use toolbars since they nearly always introduce persistent and significant resource overhead and are definitely not worth the cost of saving workspace IMHO. That being said, I'll not be complaining if it gets implemented ;-)

wiseolowl -- Faisal!! I use a program called True Launch Bar which allows you to place your icons across the second taskbar along with many other features. Display Fusion does not support icons or toolbars on the second taskbar other than those generated by the programs that appear on the second monitor.

Check out True Launch Bar and you will see how I have lost half the workspace. In other words icons and directories that were positioned on the second task bar are no longer there.

The program development is not quite there in that UltraMon allows full use of the second taskbar for icons and directories just like the original taskbar.

I guess as a discounted product I was worth the $12. I won't take the refund option but will wait for the improvement. In the meantime, back to UltraMon.

CodeDog Just curious, but how does this compare with Actual Window Manager 7? I own AWM, but am currently trying to decide whether I want to buy the latest upgrade or switch to something else.

Looking at your website, DisplayFusion appears to be comparable in function, but wanted to ask. Thanks...

Bill Blackledge I was an AWM user but found it too complex - so many options I wasn't using, made it difficult to control the ones I did want to use or alter. Tried the Display Fusion demo and then got two full price licences. I found it provided the two things I really needed:

1) Easy control of window placement movement across two monitors
2) Toolbar/system tray on both monitors
3) Simple to use

OK that's three things. I will probably get a licence for a third (business) PC when the offer comes along. This is good software (the type that ought to be part of the Windows OS!) and this is a very low price to pay. Recommended.

CodeDog Thanks for the info, Bill. I've been using AWM for some time, and like the features I use, but as you say it has more features than I need. JamesC With 2 laptop LCD's and 4 external monitors, I like changing which monitor has a different app window on them, and I change them around a lot depending on what I am doing.

Tried other display management software, nothing seemed to fit just right for me, feature or performance-wise. Tried DisplayFusion and got hooked. Purchased two full licenses and have been wanting a third one. This deal is almost like winning the software lottery, its great and even through the features are plentiful the configuration that you want is easy to get..

I paid a lot more than this price, so paying this lower price at BitsDuJour is without a doubt a no-brainer for me. I got get me this deal, its a great price for fantastic display management software. Also tech support for DisplayFusion is wonderful. CodeDog Bought the Pro Home license. Just uninstalled Actual Windows Manager 7 on one computer and installed DisplayFusion. DF is much simpler than AWM and easier to set up, but still has almost all the features I want.

The only thing missing is the ability to configure DF to automatically open a new window/program on the monitor the mouse currently sits on. That's an important one for me. It allows you to specify which monitor any individual program will open on, but I really need it to open any window where the mouse is at the time. Any chance that might be in a 'coming soon' update?

DiggerP @ Tomas Barth,
You wrote :"Is this a joke where you just take the money, or what´s the problem?"
Comments like this are totally out of line IMHO
I know that Jon already answered this ,but I have known Jon (through his software) for many years and he would be the last person to stoop this low.

I just purchased another copy of DF and the transaction, incl license was completed in minutes.

Believe it or not ,most hiccups during on-line purchasing are on the purchaser's side of the equation.
Some culprits: Overly aggressive security settings of AV or anti-malware programs, script blocking in web pages even if the site is secure, improper java version or malfunctioning of Java in web browser, overly aggressive filtering of email, so legit email ends up in spam folder.
Yes ,there are at times problems with the servers ,whether on the vendor's side or payment provider's one ,but the majority is on the purchaser's side.
Sometimes it's just that the vendor may be temporarily overwhelmed by the volume of orders ,so there may be some delay.

My advice : Make a copy of all transactions during the checkout,
including confirmation emails by the payment provider and the vendor, so there's proof of payment and info provided during the purchase and checkout procedures.

JamesCGW With all the great reviews I really don't need to add my 2-cents, but here it is.

DisplayFusion is hands down the best multi-monitor software on the market. I have been using it for a number of years now and find I have had only two questions I sent to Jon Tackabury, with excellent response and helpful information received.

Since I am a network consultant and instructor I recommend DisplayFusion to all the students and clients I have. I use it at home with my laptop and the external monitors attached to it. My wife also uses DisplayFusion on her All-In-One PC. DisplayFusion goes beyond just additional monitors for us.

With the laptop I am using right now, I have two external 27in monitors attached and DisplayFusion has been a huge benefit to me. With eye sight not as good as it once was the two 27in LED monitors are fantastic and I can use different wallpaper on each one as I like to do. Updating DisplayFusion is the easiest software to update that I have ever used. Click Yes to update it and it uninstalls the previous version and installs the new version all on its own, without me doing anything else but that one click to update.

DisplayFusion allows me the ability to control which monitor an app opens on. I can move a window from one monitor to another with just a single click on the windows top bar. DisplayFusion also allows me to move a window via the button on the Task Bar, any Task Bar (main or on external monitor). I especially like the ability to control the Snap of a window to edge of the monitor. I also can set the Windows Logon Background that appears. I even use the Wrap mouse cursor options for both Left/Right and Top/Bottom edges.

Hope this helps anyone thinking about using the product.

Cheers,
James

Jim B Before purchasing, be sure to try out any portable apps you use. The later versions of DF have a bug that they apparently have no intention to fix, that causes some thinapp portable apps to fail. Otherwise, it is a very useful program.

Jon Tackabury @comfortingsound: You can't use the deal to upgrade from one license type to another, but $11 for a brand-new personal home license is the lowest price we've ever offered. :)

Jim B Jon,
You can check the forums for discussion "5.1 upgrade incompatible with some audio apps" to see the details. I decided to revert back to 5.01, but my last test with version 5.11 still had the issue. I tried the suggested workarounds (disabling the mouse management options) but nothing resolved this with 5.1.

Jon Tackabury @Jim: Thanks, I'll check into that and follow-up later today.

@VLM: All the versions provide the same functionality, the only difference is how many computers you can use them on. The Standard license can only be used on 1 PC. The Personal Home license can be used on an unlimited number of PC's in your house. The Steam version is for use on Valve's Steam store, but it's not on sale through this promotion, sorry.

@RichV: Sorry, the Personal License isn't for work environments. If it's just a temporary situation I'd say it's fine, but that isn't what the license is intended for. :)

Keith Lammers @VLM: Many of the features, including the ones listed below still work well in a single monitor setup:

- Random wallpaper change from local or online image sources
- Built-in and custom window sizing/moving Functions via hotkey or TitleBar Button
- A few of the Windows 8 tweaks
- Custom Windows logon background from local or online image sources
- Window Snapping (for aligning windows to monitor edges or other applications)
- Window size/location tooltips

Darian Caplinger I have owned a pro license for DisplayFusion for over a year now. If you use multiple monitors in Windows, there is no better program than this for managing your viewing experience. Microsoft tries to duplicate the software in Windows 8, but fails. I highly recommend purchasing DisplayFusion. It's worth every cent at $23.45, but even better with this deal.

DroidLuvr I have used software from Binary Fortress in the past, but not this program, and having only a day to use the trial, I don't know how I could compare all of its features, so I'm hoping for some input from fellow BDJ'ers :) and the developer if he wishes to comment!

I read all of the past comments, and this gets very glowing reviews. in some of the older comments there were questions about this program vs. Actual Windows Manager but they were very brief and really only mentioned that this program is easier to use because it doesn't have as many options as AWM. If anyone is familiar with AWM can comment more, I would appreciate it!!

I don't have my multiple monitors setup, but I am going to be in the next few weeks, which also makes it hard to use a trial of any multi-monitor program ;) I have been using a beta trial of AWM and really like it, even on a single monitor for such features as resizing, moving, minimizing, and "send to bottom or bring to front" etc. However, the price is MUCH higher than this program, and with the discount, it seems like a dream deal, but I'd still love to know more about the differences! TY all :)

Wayne W Could someone please give examples of what makes this software so good? I'm not trying to be critical. I honestly am trying to understand.

I've reviewed the features. It manages windows on two monitors (Windows already does that); allows a taskbar on each monitor (no idea why you need another taskbar), allows separate screensavers on each monitor (people still use screensavers?); hot keys for windows (maybe that's useful). Again, I'm sincerely trying to understand this. I use two monitors and am interested in anything that would makes things more efficient.

Could anyone elaborate on "this is awesome"?

CodeDog Just bought it. I've been using Actual Windows Manager for a few years, but DisplayFusion seems to have (from the feature list) everything I need, and the lifetime updates sold me.

I've always been happy with AWM, but for the features I use the periodic paid updates were just too much. I use 3 monitors on a KVM switch with two computers, and wouldn't be without a monitor manager like this.

I haven't had a chance yet to uninstall AWM and install DF, so I can't answer your questions yet DroidLuvr. Looking forward to testing it out, though.

But again, it was the household license and lifetime updates that sold me, along with the feature list of course...

VLM Keith Lammers - Thank you!

Petr - At the end of the purchasing process, you will be invited to add on 3 other products for 5.00 each. These products are ClipboardFusion Pro, FileSeek Pro, and LogFusion Pro, all standard (which I assume means one computer, any use).

My confusion lies here: "ClipboardFusion is completely free for you to use on your personal or business computer, no strings attached." So I wonder what is free and what is for sale. Perhaps the developer or another use can fill in here.

More generally, I wish to say that I really appreciate all the comments from the BDJ community. I find particularly useful that people don't just say, "This is great!", but fill in why they think it's great. Thanks, everyone!

Keith Lammers @Peter C1: You can certainly upgrade to the Personal Home license. Please contact us at http://www.displayfusion....t/#contact for details.

@John Westbury: The features are the same, but the licensing is different. Personal Home is for unlimited computers in your household. Steam is for multiple computers, but only where you can install it through Valve's Steam client. Note that the Steam version is not part of this BDJ sale. Many customers run monitors with different resolutions without issues :)

@VLM: The ClipboardFusion Windows application is free to use, but if you want to use the ClipboardFusion Online sync and mobile apps, you need the paid Pro version.

CodeDog @VLM,

I'm using Trendnet TK-209 USB (w/sound) KVMs, and I've been happy with them for quite a while.

I have 3 different multi-monitor setups, I work from home. On my main setup, one computer is primarily for video and audio processing and the other is for web development and graphics work. One system has 3 videos outs, the other two. The third monitor only works on the system with a 3rd video out.

For the other two monitors, the primary monitor is routed through the KVM. On the 2nd monitor (which has two inputs) I'm running a cable directly from the two computers - one digital and one VGA. For that one, I just use the Input button on the monitor to switch between the two computers.

It sounds cumbersome, but is actually quite efficient. As for the Trendnet, I've gone through quite a few KVMs, PS2 back in the day and now USB. I like the Trendnet better than anything else I've used. Personal preference...

J S My Question is similar to Peter C1's question somewhere above this entry.

When I purchased my License I do not believe that Binary Fusion was offering a "HOME" License purchase option.

So I purchased 1x License sometime ago (I'll have to check for the exact details) and again without looking back to my details I cant recall if it was a offered as a single install or multi install license oback then

Up to this point in time I have not actually installed or used the software, however I'm certain I will at some point in time within the next 12 months or so.

So is it or would it be possible for me to upgrade my License from a single to a "HOME" License at the 65% discount?

Harlen Wiebe Charles Hall, I can't answer your questions completely because we are using Windows 7. From our experience you can set what ever you want to see on either taskbar. Each taskbar showing apps only for that monitor, All apps on either main or secondary taskbars. You can show/hide the clock and or notification icons, and or start button on secondary taskbars. As far as I know every setting for the main taskbar is available on the DF taskbar. We have tried many multi monitor programs and this one beats the competition hands down. Any questions I asked have been answered promptly. PS: I'm not getting brownie points for saying this.

Not only does it give one a second taskbar ... the second only displays programs whic are open on that monitor but also a second windows start button and @Charles above duplicated tool - notification tray. I find when windows or something on monitor 1 taskbar is not responding, i can often use the second taskbar or tool tray to get around it.

The arrow to shoot the window to the other monitor is truly the most used feature for me. No more minimizing. I just throw the window like a piece of paper to the other screen

Toyzrme Have used for years - great stuff! I wouldn't hesitate at $35, a steal for anything less! Very reliable, frequent updates and new features, very responsive developer, and lots of useful features.

Very handy if you need your taskbar available on any screen- I have a home PC that does double duty with a projector for movies and games, and I don't want to have to turn on the projector is the task bar is over there - so DisplayFusion gives it to me on BOTH.

Just the desktop wallpaper changer is worth it,as well as the screen saver - I love using Vlad Studio wallpapers (another worthwhile purchase along with DF).

BUY IT.

JamesCGW I have used this almost from the beginning and it has been and continues to be one of the best software purchases I have ever made. I have my laptop display and two external monitors that make this a must have. Buy the Pro version and when updates are do it asks you, you confirm, and then does it completely without your needing to click this and that button as others require.

Avi Nahir Two questions:

A. Does it play nicely with VMWare Workstation?
B. Say I have four monitors, one of them a large screen 4K T.V. I want my desktop to extend to the three monitors and to be mirrored on the fourth one. Is this possible?

Please see my post here to see why I need this:

Jon Tackabury @Avi: Yes, DisplayFusion works great with VMware Workstation. For your second question, it depends on your video card. Windows will only let you duplicate monitors that are connected to the same card.

DiggerP This is one of those applications where the developer has stuck with it
over the years and greatly improved it - also when newer versions
of Windows came along.

I have used it since it was still only Freeware back in 2007
and also got the licensed version later and never regretted it.

Jon and his team is one of those rare exceptions in todays market
where his products and support are excellent and and come with perks,
such as discounts if you already own other of his products.

The above was unsolicited, but made me realize how long I've
enjoyed the benefits and pleasure from this application

and now at this special price it''s well worth it for dual- or multi-monitor setups.

Jim Buchanan Everybody keeps saying 'monitor'. So I will ask the silly questions that others might want to ask.
Does 'monitor' also refer to a TV?
Does it have to be a smart TV?
I am assuming that it has to be installed today. Am I right?

@Chris: You can use many of DisplayFusion's features on a single-monitor machine (wallpaper, scripted functions... etc), don't worry. And thanks for your support!

@Jean-Francois: Thanks!

@Jim: A Monitor is just any screen that is connected to your computer. It could be a TV connected over HDMI, it doesn't have to be a smart TV, the software would be running on your computer not the TV. :)

JamesCGW Display Fusion is the best product out there. LIke many I purchased it years ago and it serves me well to this day. In fact I use it every day with multiple monitors. Jon Tackabury has given me the best support when needed, however it has been years since I have needed support and it has always been my own fault when needed. The upgrade process is seamless, Display Fusion tells me when there is a newer version and it upgrades itself and restarts without me having to do an uninstall or a reboot. There will be NO buyers remorse with this purchase! Thanks Jon for everything.

DiggerP @ Chris,

Just curious. What makes you think that you deserve this special treatment?
You've been a subscriber to BDJ long enough to know the rules.

You snooze- You lose . There have been several sales before..
Just accept that you missed the sale and wait for the next one...

Besides - as it stands - The licensing is already very generous
for a LIFETIME license and is a fraction of the cost of your equipment
that you'll be using it on.

Also the free version has lots of features.

Don't you think that the author deserves a reasonable compensation
for his efforts?

Charles Beauchamp What about a price for a version of Display Fusion that could be used by a solo primary care physician for customizable multi-monitor voice control at the clinic and at the home sites of its patients? This is NOT an "enterprise". It is however an effort by one physician to facilitate patient voice control over access of patients to health care information using voice commands. How about a very good price for this prototypical effort that you could then market to other practices that need as much help as possible in facilitating patient control over their health care information?

75% of the time the task bar on the right screen does not appear after a (re-boot), so reboot and perhaps again reboot (and sometimes again and again a reboot). Very frustrating this, this is not a time-saver ...

Sometimes after a program update (when a reboot is required) the same scene ...

Rob Just another thumbs up for this software. Have it installed on a 3 monitor setup and have used it for years. it works pretty perfectly. Updated regularly and has more bells and whistles than I'll ever get round to using.

OK some of the stuff seems a bit gimmicky to me but the serious bits such as being able to use triggers, multi-monitor asignment and multi-monitor taskbars it does well. Bit of a bargain price this. Well done BDJ for getting this on the website. Recommended.

DiggerP @ John User, While you're waiting for an answer, why not do a quick install of DF ? https://www.displayfusion.com/Download/ The reason I say this because this is a long (Holiday) weekend in Canada and Jon Tackabury may not be able to answer all specific questions in time..

Another reason is that you didn't specify the Taskbar Tweaker version, nor
the OS you're using. so it would require another back-and-forth........
