Chris The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Reinstalling didn't fix it.

I found that dll and downloaded it and put it in the program folder, it then wanted another dll. It ended up wanting 12 dll files. After downloading them all and putting them all in the program folder I got a new problem: The procedure entry point _register_onexit_function could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\DjMixerExpress\pthread.dll.

I did try putting the 12 dll's into the System 32 folder first and the program couldn't find them.

I guess I should of tried the trial before purchasing it, now I have to go through getting my money back.

marke User Please uninstall and delete all the settings of DJ Mixer Express (from the user's Documents folder). and then reinstall the DJ Mixer Express to see if that fixed the issue

I tried that, but my Windows Update has been screwed since I got this computer. It doesn't work and all fixes I have tried fail. I guess by never updating Windows I have a safe version since hackers go after the newer patches etc.
I also installed the Pro version and it opens up off screen so I can't move or resize it. At the top, according to the image on the site, that is where the record button and other important buttons are located.
