Don Goddard I attempted purchase and was able to go as far as submitting my credit card information, but a warning popped up from RegSoft stating that the product could not be found.

Ralph Bressler I downloaded the trail and tried to conger one small (272 KB) simple PDF file. Program ran and never finished conversion. When I cancelled the operation, it never terminated. I had to shut it down manually.

LU I too am having the same problem with the software. It seems to be continuously cycling but never finishing. The cancel button is unsuccessful as well. Had to shut it down manually.

I am using two different Windows PC 64-bit operating systems.

It concerns me that there is 3 months support with this product but once again, the vendor does not seem to be even supporting their special deal here at bitsdujour.

Tazzie This looked interesting, but like Ralph and Lifetime, it hangs even with very small pdfs and must be shutdown manually. Nothing I try fixes this, so I guess it's uninstall time. Too bad ... I was pretty interested in this. I feel the same way Lifetime does ... the lack of vendor presence here and limited support for the product does not inspire confidence.

Rick I tried using the software with Win XP (32bit) and Win 7 (64 bit), and the conversion process runs in an appealingly endless loop. I would have considered purchasing the program if it worked as advertised; the program bugs and absence of vendor support for this special are unfortunate.

The policy statement may have been updated but currently indicates:
-Free upgrades for life.
-Support for life.
-3 months return policy.
Bulleting the last three items would help with readability.

Maybe bitsdujour can revisit this special at some point in the future when the vendor is able to post a working version of the software and is able to respond to questions.

LU OK, Panama Dany. I have sent you two different PDF files. I do appreciated at least you coming on to this site and supporting your sale. I hope to hear back from you with a solution.

If I may offer you a suggestion though. If you would like to make more sales, if a special is going on with your software not matter what time of day it is, you might want to be there to support it so there won't be some many negative comments.

I believe that a lot of people are looking for support with a product they are considering to purchase. If there is not any support, I know, I will be less likely to purchase.
