Glen Petrant I've just purchased your product, Easy Spanish Platinum, and as per your
instructions, inserted the activation key provided upon purchase.
However, when I click on the activate button, I get the following error
message: Cannot connect to activation server. Please help.

Colin McAllister I tried to purchase this just now, but there is no discount applied. I was to be charged full price PLUS a VAT charge on top = £28.13 = $39.21.

Even if I was charged $29.99 and UK rate of VAT (20%) was applied, then that should come to $35.99 NOT $39.21!
