Kelly Major I would like to get some licensing clarifications please...

1) The software can be installed on only 1 computer. The license will allow re-activation as many times as needed on that same computer. If that is correct then that leads to some questions:

What is the definition of a computer? By that I mean what hardware and/or software components can be replaced before the software no longer considers it the same computer? Examples:
a) Can I re-install the same OS and use the same license?
b) Can I install a new OS and use the same license?
c) Can I replace the primary hard drive?
d) Can I buy a replacement or additional NIC?

I think those examples should make my question clear enough, if not let me know and I will provide additional clarifying detail.

2) If you repair, replace, or modify that computer in a manner that triggers the software to determine it does not meet the requirements of being the "same computer" what are the consequences?

a) Can I re-install this software on the "changed" computer using this license?

3) If the software determines it is not the same computer for any reason does this license required me to purchase another license for the same software at the current full price?

Benedekfi Endre Every customer get 2 separate license code. One for the notebook, and one for the PC. Every license code is with lifetime upgrade and support.

You can activate this software after change the HDD without any problem, but if you change your PC or change the motherboard, you need to purchase a new license.

That I find a little cru! So I summed up that is not on the policy as I read! Why difficult? It would be for our customers much easier if these converted into Free liftime upgrades, then that also cost a bit more!

Amit 1) Its licensed per computer - and for 2 computers.
So both computers should be mine only or anyone else like family person too ?

2) And does it has the feature of adding edge effects too - like torn edges / styled edges - in some screen capture softwares as faststone capture and snagit etc. - I am really looking for that feature - in a batch image software.
