Ed Brownlee I purchased this last time it was up. Had difficulty installing on Vista so I emailed support 4 times. Never got a reply. Might want to pass on this one. Not bad suppport - NO support.

Steven Avery Hi Folks,

Thanks Ed for the heads-up. Maybe like on the TV "Action-Lines" or the computer mag columns now you will get some response :-). A really good resume program would likely be worth $20, especially if it it is easy to do a quick "point-and-shoot" custom tailoring for the particular situation. (Personally I have not done a comparison .. work, wats dat ? .. just keeps you away from the puter utility programs. However sometimes you want to help a friend on the job market !)

Shalom,
Steven

Fernando Rodríguez Hi Ed,

Thanks for your comments. I'd like to apologize if you experienced any difficulties with our support. I'm personally responsible for support at EasyJob, and I am confident that no message goes unanswered for more than 72 hours.

Unfortunately, email is not a 100% reliable platform, and things can go wrong (bounces, spam filters, etc). If yours, for whatever reason went unanswered, I'd like to know what went wrong to make sure it doesn't happen again.. Could you please resend those messages to `support at EasyJob dot net'?

On the other hand, unlike the older version that you ordered, the current one (version 4) is a major upgrade and has been redesigned from the ground up with Vista in mind.

Considering that you are using the older version of EasyJob with Vista, I would like to offer you a free upgrade to EasyJob 4 as a compensation for any inconveniences you might have experienced.

Regards,
Fernando
