2. What do you get for each different subscription level?
3. What are the limits for names and/or emails sent for each level?
4. Is there a forced opt-in on your side or can I simply upload my existing list?
5. Can we upload a new list and email to them in a matter of minutes or does it take time for verification?
6. Can I easily delete an old list and replace it with a new one and email right away?

- We dont put limits on no of subscribers or emails sent in any level. No of users and Brnading vary level by level.

For example: in AEMM Standard(or Silver) - There is no rebranding feature and there can be one additional admin users for this.

In AEMM premium or higher, you get rebranding feature and more no of users.

An user is one who can login to system and do the mailing tasks.



4. Is there a forced opt-in on your side or can I simply upload my existing list?
- Its a web based software which you will install on your own server. We provide free installation support if you needed.

Since this is self hosted and emails are sent consuming your own server resources, there is no forced optin stuffs. As this is completely under your control. You upload subscribers and decide whom to send , whom to import or when to send. We dont put any limits.

Sandeep Kumar Yes you will use your own outgoing smtp server.
you can use the smtp details(email account ) of your domain of the server on which you will install our software or you may buy any commercial SMTP which we will suggest you when you purchase our software.

Robert Reese Okay, I'm confused. Is this software or SaaS, or just a service? And what happens to the software or service at the end of the month? Personally, I've never heard nor seen where software is 'rented' on a monthly basis. Support contracts, yes, but not a flat out rental.

The next question I have is how well does this do supporting plain-text recipients? Is the plain-text portion automatically generated?

Third question: how are opt-outs and rejects handled?

Lastly, it is important to let others know that it is impossible to track the opening of plain-text emails, but it is equally important to include the same information in plain-text as is given in HTML emails.

Third question: how are opt-outs and rejects handled?
-We have a bounce email feature for rejects emails or invalid emails.
we also have invalid email verifier feature where our system will not import invalid emails into the software. This way you can save your lots of costly server resources and time in sending emails to invalid emails.

We also have subscription forms where user can opt-in or opt out. The software will not send emails to opt-out emails.


Lastly, it is important to let others know that it is impossible to track the opening of plain-text emails, but it is equally important to include the same information in plain-text as is given in HTML emails.

Terry McMorrow I have used BitsDuJor for several years now and have bought many software titles over the years. This software title and discount irritates the crap out of me and if they do this again I will never comeback to this site. This is not a 50% discount this is a marketing campaign plain and simple!! They could have given 100% off and it still would not be a good deal because it is only used for a month. I will give the site one pass for screwing up but I will not give them a second pass if they do it again. This site is suppose to be about software titles that you pay for and own forever or at least a significant amount of time. I don't know how this got past the reviewers but I smell a rat and I will not waste my time researching the offers here if this kind of crap is going to happen. I hope others speak out also so that this does not continue to happen on this site.

I do not have an issue with your software. My issue is that this is for a one month subscription. BitsDuJor is not about this and if they are then great for them but I will not be a customer again.
The promotion should be on your $199 package since that would be a lifetime deal.

Send me more than two emails and open the email in one email and dont open in other. I will tell you which one you opened and which one you didnt by doing a test campaign on those emails.
