HJ B There are somethings that are not clear from the promotional material.

1. When you invite someone to participate, is that just for the current session. ie. at the conclusion of the session can that spot be recycled to another invitee?

2. When you invite multiple people to participate, at one time, can they see and hear each other or is their communication only with the inviting host?

3. Are there any additional options that increase the functionality of the program (other than the number of guests)?

4. What is the level of privacy? -- Is the session viewable by third parties, who are not invitees or by the eztalks company?

5. Does the program have the ability to keep an archive of eztalks sessions, that the user of the software can download to his computer?

6. Can a video or a slide presentation or an audio be shared with the invitees and is the quality of the resulting image/sound degraded?

Thanks for your questions.Please take a look the following answers:

1. When you use Invite Attendees function, you are inviting attendees for the current session. However, you can also schedule a meeting at any time you want using Schedule Meeting function, invite attendees you need, and the attendees will get a Email notify with the meeting time and the topic.

2.Yes, of course, attendees can see each other when their cameras are open.

3. Besides inviting attendees, there are many other features such as HD video, screen sharing, file sharing, whiteboard,annotation, chat, meeting recording etc.

4.Don't worry about the privacy, we do care the privacy of our customers and we won't do anything to hurt our customers and ourselves, the session will only be viewable by the people who attendee the meeting.

5.Yes, we do have meeting recording function, but only the host has the right to record a meeting. The the recorded file (video or audio) is stored on the computer of the host.

6.Yes, you can share documents such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, Text etc, as for the quality degrade, while, when sharing, the quality is almost the same with the original file, it will not affect your sharing result. Don't worry. For audio and video sharing, it is currently not available at the current version. It will be available on the future version. We will keep you informed.
