Chuck Brotman I can't get the installed software to run on my Win7-64bit machine. It crsahes before any screen is displayed!

anyone else see this? is there a fix???

DrTeeth Sorry, but it ran okay here with Win 7 x64. I did not download the file from the email but directly from the web site. I do this just to ensure that those using the BdJ free offer do not get a 'special' version.

LU Hello Chuck.

We have had the same issue with this software and have contacted the manufacturer of the software about this problem many times and every time they have released a new update, but they have never replied about the fix. We ended up moving on to other software such as DVDFab.

Chuck, here is how we eventually got the software to work. We had to restore the entire PC to the original configuration. It then worked fine until a few days later when other software was added. Then it broke again.

J A Mulach I was unable to get this to work, It would act like it is going to download and then firefox would start to open up tabs, over 100 before i could get it to quit. Then it seems to be in the download folder and it will not work and it crashes the computer,

SUCESS!!!

I uninstalled Filepop and then downloaded a copy from the BurnWorld website and reinstalled. Worked like a Charm!

seems like a pretty good program now that i doesn't crash, though, I have yet to really experiment with it...

LU I too have reinstalled the DVD software from the developer and the newest edition does work without any glitches.

The 5.0.1.8 version is not working on my side, but the 5.0.2.1 version is working.

adamsdaddy Downloading from bitsdujour.com and running on Windows 8 64 bit = database error. Meaning that it didn't work.

Uninstalled, downloaded directly from Burnworld via the link cited above, rebooted (just to be safe) and it installed and ran without a hitch.
