TAPTRONIC I have a couple of questions...

1) do you need to have the latest Flash development software installed if you intend on making changes to the FLA and then recompiling or will this software do that?

2) what are the legalities of reverse engineering SWF files, with respect to Adobe? Will they eventually get angry at this and have all of us cease using the $50 software?

1) Flash Decompiler Trillix converts Adobe Flash SWF files back into FLA format, which can be easily edited in native Flash environment. Flash Decompiler automatically detects Adobe Flash version and converts SWF file in FLA of the version, which supports all features of this SWF file, so if you have older version of Adobe Flash installed in your system, it won't open this FLA file. Alternatively, you can choose the format (Adobe Flash version) of the FLA file which is going to be created.
