Christopher Dean Hello, I just purchased this deal and received my registration email with the registration link, but unfortunately after clicking the link to register this product it appears to still be unregistered. I see nothing different. The subscription tab under My Account is still saying "Upgrade your Fotor account now" and Payment History is empty. How can I get this properly registered?

I tried to use Help to send an email but every time I get a "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later." notice. I tried different browsers to no avail.

Can I get some help with this please? Thanks!

Edit: just received an email with a discount code. Once applied on the Upgrade page I was able to register for 2 years, as expected. Thanks to all who helped with this issue.

Secondly, can this promotion be used to extend existing subscriptions?
