I am inquiring about your activation license.

A lot of people are skeptical about your online activation. Many people have been burnt because of companies going out of business after they have purchased a product.

Can you explain:
1. How long has your company been in business and is there a different type of activation possible?
2. What is the purchaser reaches four installations for a footprint, or decides to purchase another laptop? Is there a time limit to reset the installation footprints?

First of all we think that users who "have been burnt" simply purchased the software through some untrustful sources. As you can see we sell and promote our software only through partners whom you can trust and who have been working in this business for quite a long time. For example I don't see a reason for you not to trust BitsDuJour, or someone not to trust your site (as we are featured on Lifetime upgrades as well and agree you won't place some bad software on your blog).

Alexander Tsepko Regular and PRO are two different versions, and unfortunatelly that doesn't count. You have to decide from the very beginning what version is best for you and if you are not sure, feel free to ask for support beforehand. A good thing that both versions offer the same number of effects and the same number of core features:)
