Hasan User Ok, this app does not work. I purchased several licenses. I installed it on two different computers. I tried it with several applications. It does not work. Is there anything special you have to do besides the email, product key, and GPT API ????

InterestedParty Same here - I actually bought 2 copies (one to try in VM, then use on bare bones). The VM one didn't work so I thought it was something to do with VM.
At least, now I know it's not me ;-) I'll be following the thread in case this gets clarified / resolved.

It seems like it does not work with the free Chat GPT, and you must have to subscribe to the paid version before using your program.

Please check your OpenAI API usage and limits from the following links:

Subscription to OpenAI API is different than the paid version of ChatGPT. Instead of a fixed price, you only pay for what you use.

InterestedParty @Monster Plugins Support I also got an email asking me to install a new version. I uninstalled the old one, rebooted, installed the new one, rebooted again and tried to use it in Notepad ++ - same result - i.e. nothing happening at all.
I'm somewhat disappointed, but then again, actually logging into ChatGPT and using the prompt there is not to difficult ;-)

@BitsDuJour - maybe it would be an idea to *test* software before it is offered for sale here ? That way, any pitfalls in either the program itself or how people install / use it could be discovered and quietly fixed before it is unleashed upon the masses ? Just a thought...

Oliver Roehrer The program worked yesterday. Now it does no longer. The API key is functional, as I use it otherwise flawless.

Jan User You can use ChatGPT only ONCE.
Then you need to wait for some time before you start the next request.
Sometimes it helps to exit and restart the app.
(testet with the free GPT account)

Is this a bug or due to high traffic by paying GPT users which are being served first?
