The perpetual license is for Goalscape Desktop - the standalone version that installs on your computer and operates on local files. And yes, the perpetual license includes full support and free updates for life.

Goalscape Connect is a Software as a Service (SaaS) or Cloud product: all the processing and data are online, so you do not install it, rather you sign in to your Goalscape Connect account on our secure server. This is a subscription model.

The functionality in both versions is similar and they are completely compatible: you can upload goalscapes from Desktop to Connect (with any attached files in other formats) and download your projects from Connect (as .gsp files) to open them in Desktop.

Right now we are giving 6 months free use of Goalscape Connect with every Goalscape Desktop license. When the 6 months expires, customers will be able to continue using Goalscape Connect by paying subscriptions of _9 per user per month or _90 per user annually in advance.

Charlie N I purchased Goalscape in the fall under the last BitsDuJour offer (same deal).

GOALSCAPE ROCKS! It really lets me look short and long term and see where I have to allocate time to meet my goals. Most importantly it helps me see where I am overcommitted (lots of ares for me). Great for traiging among conflicting goals; the visual representation exceeds any and all list approaches.

I had an install issue that was SOLEY related to the failing integrity of my hard drive (which later crashed) but the Goalscape team extended the ultimate in customer support troubleshooting my issue, including Skyping me a few times. AND it wasn't even their issue! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is a great product with a great support team!

Because you had previously registered (12 February 2011) for a free trial of Goalscape Connect using that email address, following your purchase yesterday *you can use your existing Goalscape Connect username and password to activate your Goalscape Desktop installation* (and to continue to sign in to your Connect account.

This is covered in the registration confirmation email you received when you originally registered for you Connect trial - and it should have been quite obvious: sorry if it was not. If you did not receive a registration confirmation email on 12 February please check
