Tazzie Are all the apps in this bundle eligible for upgrades; in other words, do we get registration nbrs, etc., that will allow us to upgrade to the next product version?

Thanks for offering this bundle ... very useful!!!

Ferdinand I recommend these Icon companies consider 2 things:
1. Reduce the number of icons
2. Dramatcally reduce the price-range

May 17 2011 at 7:49pm Copy Link

0

Frank Stephens Ferdinand Smith, if you look at the icons, you'll see that there aren't that many. Most are different sizes, states, and formats of the same icon. Most of the icons are a base icon overlaid with a standard modifier icon. Many of the icons aren't useful. Most developers should be using the Vista/Aero icons, it doesn't make sense to use the XP icons (your application will look funny and won't match the OS).

Staley Hi,
I brought the 7500 icon bundle in the past... and had two questions...

1) Is there anyway we can get the download files in 2 large files? (1 vector and 1 raster?)

2) I had some issues with duplicate files in some of the archives or corrupt files, is there a change log somewhere on issue fixes? I thought I emailed support but never got a reply.

Thanks! The icons are great btw other than the two "issues" above...

Neil Sagitov Hello Staley.

1. Sorry, at this moment no
2. Vista Artistic and Vista Business has few duplicate icons. Can you send me a list of the corrupted files again?

LU Hello.

Just a couple of questions.

1. Is this a business set, meaning, are these royalty free and can be used on websites?

2. With the bundle here, I believe your software is not supported with a lifetime upgrade but when and if you are to add icons to the bundles or add other specific bundles, will they be available for download for free if purchasing this particular bundle offer here?

May 18 2011 at 3:13am Copy Link

0

Neil Sagitov 1. Yes

2.
AWicons Pro - lifetime free upgrade
Cover Commander and 3D Text Commander - one year free updates
Current icon collections - lifetime free updates.
New collections will be not free.

Marvin Adams Do you offer a preview pack with the 16x16 sizes? I know that 3D icons look good in 32x32 and up, the real difficulty is making them look good in low resolution as mere scaling down of vectors usually won't do it.

That's what is really important here.

Neil Sagitov Yes. You can preview all icons and sizes on our site. For example: http://www.awicons.com/st...itor-icon/

Roger Thomasson @ David

We're checking into this. Frankly I have no idea what's going on. We haven't had a payment processor call a customer (as far as I know) in the history of BDJ. Please note that Lokas is one of our long-time, trusted, VIP vendor partners. I'm sure that whatever happened is accidental.

Please shoot me an email with more details about the phone call:

This isn't something that Lokas can handle -- it's entirely a PayPro situation as far as I can tell. Rest assured that we're working on it.

Thanks for understanding!

François Panneton Hi, I placed my order ealier today (5 hours ago) and I also receive a phone call to validate the purchase at $99,50.

I then receive an invoice from payproglobal and since then, nothing!
I'm waiting for codes and links to download the software I bought from Lokas Software as the invoice was signed : PayPro Accounting on behalf of Lokas Software.

Any idea what's happening?

Thanks and have a great day.

François

David Volle A PayPro manager called this evening, I don't know what was going on there, but he seemed worried, and was apologetic.
I've just replaced the order that was cancelled when they tried to increase the price, and hopefully it all works now!
I think the people who can get things done are working on it now, hopefully everyone waiting will see some action soon.
Strongly suggest Lokas people look for a new payment processor!

Amit What are vector files ($99 deal), I dont know about this format and their use ?

And does articonspro have following functions - create images from icons and icons from images + find and extract icons from whole hard drives or folders say c drive ? and I would seriously like to have a Return policy for at least some days, so that I can test if the softwares are really fine, even if the seller doesnt give download of icons for the refundable time as $99 is too money. and spending $99 without refund is risking a lot (a 1 day deal is too short to judge). if for the Return (a few days even), I would buy for certain with peace of mind before investing this money. and I see the Return policy on the bundles page here - Bundles - Insofta Development https://www.insofta.com/bundles/. thanks if this you apply for the deal too.

Michael R. Since this seems to be a all-inclusive package ,
are (perhaps existing) future icon-sets included in this package
are upgrades for the software free too.

For me, very much into lifetime-licenses, but not soo much into icons, this probably would be a reason to buy nevertheless ;-)
