Could you please fix if there is meant to be a Serial Number.

RS The registration code field in the email that was sent to me by BDJ was blank. Does that mean a code isn't required, or that there's a problem with the registration process that needs to be fixed?

NegoDan This software does not come with any registration information in the receipt, therefore, without a key is just a limited free edition/version which crashes every time when clicking on "About" or try to register on/off line. I have to use Win Task Manager to close this software. Not good business at all.

I can see "register" in the software "helicon", so i need a serial.

A User Solution seems to be to ask for resend of Email i.e. click on the link that says
" Resend Your Email Receipt"
Resent Email now shows Serial OK

George N Chamberlain Sr Done that & rec'd reg# then tried both ways online/offline entering reg# and doing online ask for password - not included when I rec'd reg. # no luck registering and have sent company email to resolve.
