Justin Cram hello, I've spent thousands over a 25 yrs I've been computing on recovery software I've I've been satisfied with the results, they're is always done variable to make recovery an impossibility, ending results is wasted money on recovery that didn't do what they claim etc. so with this is mind I'm hopeful here.

just one simple question please, does this software support from corrupt MBR that was originally formatted in Windows exFAT but originally the drive was formatted with NTFS with done data, then later the New exFAT came out and introduced I want to say it was windows XP or windows millennium, could've been windows vista I suppose. but after I formatted it to exFAT I transferred a full 1 TB of data to it, I think it was the earliest versions of exFAT because after a few bad reboots the drive lost its MBR, I've used literally so many different types of software to try and recover the critical IMPORTANT data and family memories, because soon after my father passed away.

I've been promising my family for years that I would one day get the data off of this 1TB drive drive model Seagate FreeAgent 1TB FW pearl white odd shaped. first of its kind I think first to support USB 2.0, and the drive is technically & practically still brand new according to manufacture green time hours of use.

you see one I formatted it to exFAT I didn't unplug it from my pc I left it connected, and through rough reboots blue screens lots of BSD etc. the drive just somehow lost its MBR info.

I've tried many software recovery apps from free to expensive paid apps, acronis recovery, open source very famous "TEST DISK" TEST DISK RECOVERY SUITE" "PHOTO REC", "CHK-MATE RECOVERY", donated too many so so many got fed up and started the pursuit of location supposed legit recovery software "TODO BACKUP RECOVERY PRO" then later change the name to "EaseUS ToDo Backup RECOVERY SUITE" professional tech version isn't cheap neither. never even got to use that software because after I installed it on my Windows 7 Ultimate edition, after purchase I had my main drive SSD failed so I lost so much they're and that New recovery software and so many others, according to there records at EaseUS they claim once the keys activated on a hardware Id they will not send you a new one even though I paid for lifetime software supposedly what a freaking joke that was.

in defense of EaseUS they do have bragging right imho they're software harddrive transfer software is unbeatable VIEW away "Symantecs GHOST" beats so many. back to subject at hand sorry.

I really need your software to help us.

P.S. I that the data is still intact, because the software I've used recovered the files all renamed to fxxxxxxxxx.:-( billions of filenames like that which of no way helped me, and viewing the data and partition table with TESTDISK I can still browse the data see the partition tables on record etc. and TEST disk still shows that the data is green and recoverable. but all the MBR suggestion aren't correct for exFAT zero options for exFAT. and other recovery software also can see the DATA but they can't RECOVER it properly at all. and it's impossible to scour through billions of files to manually select which to try and recover etc.. good news is its never been properly reformatted our defragged so it's not written over!

Rob User I installed it on my VMWare Virtual Win 7 Pro PC running on a MBP...and it keeps crashing windows. Takes me to a blue screen of death and the VM quits so had to uninstall and could not use :(
